Cute little shop that's family owned. They have good prices on high quality tires. I always buy my…read moretires here, and they made time for me the last time I needed one of my tires repaired. The service is pretty quick unless they are super busy, and they have a nice little waiting area. The owners are very sweet and always do their best to help. Not all of their machines are up to date for newer cars, but they will reccomend another shop close by if they can't help you.

After 2nd go, still not running true. Tried to make a 3rd appointment; nothing available for over a week. Took the vehicle to a quality mechanic and paid to have the tires balanced. They ran smoothly. Given the nature of the business, it seems like it should be able to balance new tires. Three strikes for this firm; so much for free balancing and rotation... The staff is reasonably friendly, and keeps appointments on time.

Now, about 2 months later, my Bronco broke down on the road and had to be towed. that's bad enough for a 2 year old car! But when I called them to have it towed there they told me it would be at least 2 weeks before they could even look at it! That is totally unacceptable for a returning customer in my opinion! I will never go back, and suggest that you consider options before you go there. one thing for certain, I will not be buying the F150 that I am planning on from them!

I'd been searching for this one particular car for quite awhile and was adamant about buying it from a dealership because I'd always had bad luck with used car dealers. When I saw the exact car for sale at Schurman and learned it's part of North Country Ford, I reached out to them. I was really nervous, not only because I am a female with a lack of automotive knowledge, but because the dealership is nearly 500 miles from my house. Talking to Mark Boisclair, however, put me at ease. He was so incredibly patient, answering all my questions and zillions of emails and phone calls promptly. He sold me the car at a great price and was trying to help me arrange transport for it. Eventually I decided it would be quicker, easier and almost the same price to fly to New Hampshire, pick up the vehicle and drive it home. Schurman picked me up at the airport (2 hours away!), worked with me on payment and even helped me with an issue that arose days after the sale. They could have blown me off at this point, but Mark was so responsive, even when I was freaking out a little. Turned about to be nothing much to worry about and still Mark was so kind in his correspondence. I cannot say enough good things about this place. I would not hesitate to recommend Schurman or North Country to anyone in New England--or beyond, like me! Thank you, Mark!
