Our children wished to sit on the sidelines during the first class (instead of jumping in) and Lisa and her daughters couldn't have been more fantastic in allowing them to acclimate while making them feel included and participatory in the class. It has now been over a month and our kids now train THREE TIMES PER WEEK!!! They beg to go and we couldn't be more grateful to the people here. We have watched our shy, reserved, and quiet child blossom into a confident leader who is willing to DEMONSTRATE moves for the class!! This is beyond our wildest dreams!
