I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. They misdiagnosed what was wrong with my dishwasher and told me to buy a new one. I did as directed but upon installation of the new dishwasher it was determined that the issue was not with my dishwasher. So I still had to have someone fix the original problem and ended up having to keep the new dishwasher I didn't need. When I called the company to discuss this they took no responsibility and refused to refund my money. read more

Holten came out and I explained what was going on with the basement bathroom. We walked around talking about different way to figure out what was causing the smell and he "I'm going to just walk around and check things out" within 1 minute he yelled out "found it". Under the sink in the bathroom and vent check valve was missing. The contractor plumber never installed it when the house was built 2 years ago. He said he could fix it right now and gave a very reasonable price. I said go ahead and within 30 minutes he had fixed a problem I had been dealing with for the last two years. He was very knowledgeable and even found a pipe that was not glued when he was installing the valve and fixed that as well I would highly recommend this business for their expertise and value for what they do. I added them in my phone as the first business to call for my plumbing needs.
