Alliance gave me a terrible hair cut and now a staph infection after receiving hair cut and beard trim from southlake. Best part is I called yesterday to speak with a manager because I got my official result back from the doctor. It started in my hair line then proceeded to spread across my face in less than two days. Left a message with a host at the front since the manager wasn't in and never got a call back. I was almost was hospitalized but by the grace of God my fever didn't continue to climb. I will have permanent scaring as well. Thanks boardroom.

As she's cutting my hair comments of "hmm how am I going to make this a combover"..."sorry I'm taking so long"..."your hair is so straight"..."don't worry what it looks like now, wait for the final product" I don't even want to show what my hair looks like because I'm out right embarrassed, I was GIVEN A COMB OVER; WHERE IS THERE A COMB OVER IN THIS INSPO IMAGE, please show me. The image is a skin fade on the sides and back, a certain length on top with a very minimal fo-hawk due to product. Yet again I was given a comb over. I will now be wearing a hat until my hair grows solely due to the haircut I received today. I won't be going to sport clips at all in my life thanks to Kimberly. Lady didn't even have the decency to tell me she messed up. simple haircut, lazy workers, they cant complete the simplest of tasks. why hire people that can't do the work. i tipped 10$ on a 25$ haircut that took 15 minutes, you'd think these people would put in some work and have some pride.
