And later, he gave little bit. Money was givien to him on friday evening and when he was opening the office on monday, we requested to have money back. He didnt do any work. Also, he will threaten you that you are doing crime if you write the truth on yelp. He did not even passed Virginia bar. He is not a member of VA bar. Dont go here This is how he threatened me in the past when i wrote about what he did before on yelp. -------- Mr. .... I believe, you are in Alaska now. Hopefully, this message may reach you before it's too late. Needless to say, you knew what you posted in Yelp was a crime. How could you even think about posting such a lie after you got the exceptional refund at my office. Anyways, by posting such a falsified story, you have successfully damaged my reputation. If the poster was your child son, it is even more serious crime since he disguised his identity as if he were you. Regardless it was you or your son, what truly surprised me was that the posting remains as it was even after I posted a message to you 3 months ago. The situation leaves me no other options but to report this crime to a law enforcement. I plan to report it to the federal law enforcement in 2 weeks from now. To prevent such a happening, you need to delete your posting immediately and send me an acceptable explanation about your action. This is the last thing I can do for you. Do not waste it. Yong G. Kim, Esq. Attorney at Law.

He handled my case very deliberately, and followed up every steps during the process in a timely manner. As a result, I have gained a satisfied result as I have expected during the first moment I met him. "Thank you" is not just enough to express my gratitude to him. Therefore, there is no reason not to give 5 stars to Ms. Kim. I wish you all the best in your service, Ms. Kim.

I had an initial probate consultation with Lynne N. Clark. It was set up with her secretary. I was…read moretold it was free but have nothing in the emails documenting any cost. Here are the major complaints about the consultation experience. They represent facts and are NOT opinions. 1. Not disclosing charges for initial consultation. After pressuring me to hire her, I told her I don't know. This was complicated and I would have to think it over. She immediate asked for a credit card and charged $200.00 for 1/2 hour. I was under impression from secretary it was free. Found a description From http://caltrustattorney.com/7costly/ that closely describes what happened. Costly Mistake Number 4 - Don't Be Charged for an Estate Planning Consult: Many attorneys will charge for an estate planning consultation if you don't hire them to do their estate plan on the spot. This is nothing more than a way to pressure you into hiring them. Instead, when contacting an attorney, make sure you know in advance whether or not you will be charged for the consultation if you decide not to hire them. 2. Not disclosing charges before hiring At point of pressured to hire her on the spot, she had not disclosed any information on how she charged or cost of her service. Was it hourly? Was it a percentage of the estate inventory? Fixed price? 3. Her assessment of "self proving" will did NOT agree with court. I handed Lynne a photo copy of a will. I asked was it "Self proving". Her assessment was it WAS. Probate clerk did NOT accept on grounds it was NOT "self proving" 4. Wasting most of consultation on estimating dollar value of estate inventory. I gave Lynne an estimate for the estate. She was not happy with it. She insisted on something more detailed. Started asking about individual assets and values. I disclosed my mom's house would be a probate asset. She wanted to know if it was in better shape than my current house. Would I move into? Would I rent it out? Would I sell it? She said see would start investigating it's value after this meeting. One asset was wooded property. Wanted to know if it had any harvestable timber. What types of trees were on it? Wanted to know where stock accounts were held. What does that have to do with value? Wanted me to fill out forms with parents' social security number. I was not comfortable with it so I did not do it. Was she trying to figure out how much she was going to make on a percentage basis?
