Hyer roofing was recommended to me by a friend who knows them both personally and professionally. I…read morerequested a quote which was provided for me within a a day or two. I was surprised by the reasonable price and also happy to commit to Hyer for the job. Immediately after accepting the offer and paying a small down payment, the company began working with me on which tiles I would choose so that the materials could be ordered. This was so important to me because I voiced really wanting to have the project completed before Fla hurricane season 2024 was in full swing. We went over the HOA requirements and Erica from Hyer did her research finding that many of the HOA approved choices were either discontinued or were on a very long waitlist. We decided to choose a color pattern that I liked and run it by my HOA with proper documentation and see if we could get it approved. Erica did all the leg work to get the documents together needed for my HOA approval process. With her help, we got the approval for the project and Erica immediately then began work on getting the city permitting process done. Within a couple of days of the city permit approval, Hyer began working on my house and the project was done in under 10 days. It would have been done even faster if it hadn't been for so many afternoons of thunderstorms. The whole process was really painless. The workers were very professional and cleaned up each day as if they were not even there. I highly recommend Hyer Quality Roofing if you are in the market for a new roof. They were awesome, not a single complaint from me and roof looks amazing. Several of my neighbors have asked for their info to get quotes of their own.

German Duarte the Founder & President and Deborah Haase the Office Administrator were outstanding throughout the entire process. German and Deborah were always accessible and very responsive to all of my questions and concerns via email, text and telephone. I went with the Boral Barcelona 900 tiles (Chestnut Burnt color) and CertainTeed Flintlastic SA CAP Commercial underlayment. FQR is fully licensed, insured and provides a 10-year workmanship warranty against leaks on sloped roofs. From start to finish, FQR took under 2 weeks to complete my job which included previous roof tear off, underlayment and new tile installation and township inspections. The FQR crew was on-time starting no later than 8am and finishing around 6pm each and everyday on my project until it was completed. They did an excellent job of cleaning up my and my neighbor's property at the conclusion of their work each day. German and FQR are very transparent, no hidden charges and extremely communicative if job must be postponed for a day or 2 due to rainy weather. The entire FQR team deserves a 5 star rating. We chose Florida Quality Roofing wisely and carefully after interviewing more than 5 companies and could not have asked for a better experience than we received from them. Most companies will send a salesman out to talk to you but with FQR the OWNER comes out! German (the owner ) is far from a high powered salesman, he's about as mellow as one can get!! I like that, I don't like being pressured. He discussed the different types of metal roofs that were available and what he recommended and what he didn't. We formulated a plan and within a week German provided the cost and said our roofing material was available. We went with the plan and a month later we had a beautiful brand new roof. I learned a lot about metal roofs. They are labor intensive, much more complicated than asphalt shingle roofs. You really need a skilled crew of workers to install a metal roof correctly. Florida Quality Roofing has been around for a very long time, rare for roofing companies, they know what they're doing. I would hire them for any kind of roof.
