Upon Meeting him he Was Very Friendly ,excellent attitude,,respectful ,, Explained the process to me in Detail including Tire Removal,, Lug Cleaning ,, Inside the Rim Cleaning,,new Tire valve installation,, Tire mounting and Balancing in Detail ..Martin is very Knowledgeable,, Professional,, Communicative,, Takes his Time,, and Does the Job 100% . And he is Outstanding. He doesn't rush ,, he Checks his work to make sure there are NO MISTAKES . All I can say is... This is the ONLY way to get your tires put on your car! 5 Stars for excellent communication! Although my appointment was for 12 at my house since they're mobile but a pregnant mother went into labor and needed her tire fixed right away so they called me to explain which I was more than okay with and they got her on the road again so she could get to the hospital. Martin, arrived with a smile and got right to work and only took about 30 minutes. He was fast and friendly and did a very professional job! I buy my tires wholesale because I had a bad experience at a Mr. Tire in Maryland, they didn't even tighten the lugs on my truck and I almost got in an accident because of it. He even asked before he put the caps on the valve stems. He was out of black and wanted to know if I was okay with green... WHAT?! Dude, green is my favorite color! Who knew?! Yesterday I got a blowout on my tire, so I called them on a Sunday and they answered immediately !
