I attempted to call but got a VM saying they prefer not to do business over the phone and to email them, so I emailed again. Our art was emailed. We also uploaded it. Never heard anything back. We are now going to find a new source. I was trying to use an SD-based company to support local businesses buy I guess that this project will need to be outsourced to a real company that can actually check their inbox, accept a phone call, return a VM, and produce banners or at least one of those would be nice, these guys did none - go somewhere else, don't waste your time with this home office setup.
