The instructors are top-notch -- highly skilled, professional, and genuinely invested in their students' success. The scheduling system is flexible and easy to use, which made it simple to plan lessons around a busy schedule. I have a full-time job with limited availability during the day, yet I could usually find a plane as early as the next day or the one after. Airplane availability has been excellent, allowing for consistent progress without delays. Throughout the process, I felt fully supported -- especially when navigating FAA paperwork, regulations, and other requirements that can be overwhelming for new pilots. I want to give a special shoutout to my instructor, Michael Hull, who has been exceptional. He's not only a fantastic teacher with deep aviation knowledge, but also a truly kind and encouraging person. He builds my confidence for the check ride in every lesson, and his clear, structured approach to both flight maneuvers and ground topics makes even the most complex areas easy to understand. Thank you, Michael!

At Trexair I found amazing instructors and even better ownership. They tailor very well to your schedule and timeline. I found Trexair through ChatGPT in all honesty but it was a great recommendation since it was so close. I just got my private pilots license two weeks ago through them and have nothing but great things to say. The instructors are some of the best in the area, not to mention that the school is extremely structured and organized with each lesson plan ( being an athlete that was very important to me). It's very easy to learn everything and become the best pilot you can be as they provide you with everything you would possibly need. and I mean! 10/10 experience, resources, and people.

This definitely made me feel like I'm dealing with a group of teenagers who are just doing ads to make some money and not able to help anyone that's actually interested in such a huge career. I reached out to another school yesterday and got back to me today with a full price and what actually would be to be involved with becoming an airline pilot. I do not recommend tres air at all unless you are wanting to waste your time !!

My last flight was in 2003 - when I quit flying to do "other things" (including starting a family). When I decided to start flying again in 2017 I went to Scanlon Aviation "to see what had changed and to learn about Cirrus airplanes..." (I was attracted to the enhanced safety of a whole-plane parachute.) Boy was I in for a re-education! Patrick has been phenomenal! A true professional. And I now call him a friend. So much has changed since 2003, I don't know where to start. I went through Cirrus Transition Training in his SR-20 (N150SA) and gained more confidence and professionalism than I've ever had (and that's saying something since my last airplane was a highly-modified Cessna P210N - not exactly a walk-in-the-park to fly). I recently purchased my own SR-22 (with help from Patrick and team) and couldn't be happier. Flying airplanes safely and professionally requires dedication, training and introspection. It's thrilling, fulfilling and humbling all at the same time. I can think of no better mentor than Patrick and the team at Scanlon Aviation.

I had him do my Comanche for which there were enough difficulties to work through with him, tha I feel a fool for een considering using him, and i did , for my Cessna 421. The owner quotes one price, you sign, you pay 50% down..then he jacks the prices claiming you made change orders, that you did not make.. ,and even threatened to "report me" to the FAA. (which makes no difference) . I gave him $55,000 in funds for two planes in one year, and yet he tried to jack the price an added $6,000 on the last plane...when he had at least 16 items he admits were incomplete. I then took the plane else where, and Piad to have a lot of his very visable poor work redone , and repaired "with out" the head aches and whining.... Geez. You would think that a two time customer with over $55,000 paid out to you in advance would get better service and better results. This guy simply whines about cash flow...and then tries to inflate the job cost, while doing substandard work (in the second plane) . Teh pictures tell the story all too well. !
