From the start to the end, If you are looking for promptness, loyal, professional, affordable, and…read moreextremely patient service, then there is no other place to look around than to engage Montreal Small Moves. We have moved several times in and around Montreal and have experience engaging multiple moving companies. But so far the best experience was when we engaged with Montreal Small Moves. We were always attended and taken care personally from the owners: Archie and Chantal. We have been customers of Archie and Chantal from the past 4 years now. Before each move, They asked us to create a detailed inventory including the details of which floor and type of building. And once they provide the rate cards, We are all set with no other hidden costs. They helped us to move within Montreal a couple of times with their own truck, once with moving all our belongings from a storage facility to our home, and twice with loading/unloading items from home into our U-haul truck. Archie and Chantal and their team handled all the items and boxes with care during the whole moving process. I definitely recommend Montreal small moves to anybody who wants peace of mind and a good experience during moving. Best Regards, Ashwin & Ramya

In the end, after several days of troubleshooting, Jake fixed it by microsoldering the motherboard. Because of this, it took a bit longer than expected, but I'm confident that 90% of other tech shops would have given me the phone back and told me that it's unfixable, and to just get a new phone. These guys went the extra mile and didn't charge me extra on the original quote ($70). All the while they were kind, courteous, and professional. I'd highly recommend them.

Like most Canada Computers, prices and selection are decent for physical stores. Recently, they…read moreimproved their return policy, which appears to be very fair. However, beware that if you do an exchange on the same bill, they will deduct the new item BEFORE calculating the amount of tax to refund so that you don't get a full refund. This shows that Canada Computers has not yet gotten over its reputation of sometimes sketchy practices that can often be seen at small, struggling technology stores, but has the potential to be a 4 or 5 star store if only they can put that behind them.

I had been wanting to upgrade my gaming PC with a new graphics card and power supply. Every other store I contacted failed to give me a quote, ignoring me by phone or by e-mail, but immediately after calling CIPC I had an extended, attentive e-mail conversation with their reps as they tried to ensure I got the best prices and fastest service they could manage. They finished the work on my computer significantly under their estimated turnaround time, and Jason, the employee in charge of my upgrade, was accommodating, professional, and educational. Furthermore, they had an impressive selection of hardware in the store ready to be sold off the shelf, including peripherals that I'd previously had to special order when I was shopping at Best Buy. Unlike all the other PC stores in town, they fought for my business, and they won my loyalty. I will be returning to their store for all my future repair and upgrade needs, and I urge you to do the same.
