Literally my go to for coffee if I'm not down for the drive for any place else lol. Mozart is in a plaza with many other restaurants. The parking lot is pretty decent, but remember, there's about 10 other restaurants next to each other so you may have to walk a little. I hate walking. Walking in, along the left side are all booths. The right side they have all the pastries. They're menu includes bubble teas, regular teas, and coffee. I almost ALWAYS order the - Iced Caramel Macchiato ($3.97) It's OK, not the best but pretty decent. It's usually bitter than I would like so I add a bit of creamer into it. The service is always great. I sure wish they said a goodbye or a hello at least. 3 stars because it is just ok. read more

My first visit to this Mozart location. Lady at the counter is super nice. It's any Mozart bakery that gets their bread delivered to the store. Therefore, quantities are limited. Lot of breads are already gone when I came in. I came to buy a loaf of sandwich bread but they were sold out. Also, they don't serve the traditional shaved ice now just the snow ice. Shame. However, place is spacious, quiet with classical music in the background, and breads/cakes are delicious. Fred wifi! You'll be surprised not all bakeries offer free wifi. read more

I use to love this place, but it has really gone down hill. People are not always that friendly and the quality of the baked goods and coffee has suffered. A few times the coffee has had grain in it and the espresso has tasted awful. The inside without wifi has been bad and no they have even covered up the plugs. I have also come here a few times where they told me they could not serve me 45 minutes before closing time. The drinks and pastries were pretty good. I would actually rate it 4 stars. But their service is a different story. Don't come here if you expect great or even okay service. I had my stuff ready and all the cashier did was just look at me. Didn't greet me at all but loudly greeted the Korean people behind me. The Korean people that came after us were served before us. And when my friend accidently ordered a hot green tea instead of an iced green tea the girl rudely said "um well you didn't order it with ice. You need to pay the difference. I was meeting lovely friends over at Umaido for lunch over the weekend and a few of us showed up there a few minutes early so decided to check this location out. It's a beautifully decorated café but the customer service here absolutely was horrible. There was one barista working that day. When we walked in, I greeted her but she didn't even acknowledge me. About 4 minutes passed and only AFTER she was finished making a drink or loading up some sort of container, did she decide to turn around and take my order. Not sure if the barista was having an OFF day but if I wasn't craving their white chocolate latte smoothie, I would've given my "two cents" and contacted the manager / owner to let them know they need to better train their staff to be attentive. I understand if she was in the middle of a task but acknowledging a customer with a simple "hello, I'll be right with you" is customer 101. Regardless, the café itself is nicely layed out. They have the booth like seating you would see at a Maggianos or a Cheesecake Factory. Plenty of room for large group gatherings or extremely comfy seating for a small group. They do not offer wi-fi here so don't even bother bring your laptop or smart pad here. Cafe Mozart really reminds me of cafes in Korea-- the walls are covered in Hangul graffiti, people are using their laptops and/or studying, and the pastries are yummy, fresh and irresistible. I usually always stop here since it's in the same center as the Morning Glory. Service hasn't been bad, some of the cashiers seem a bit snobby sometimes though. read more

I stopped by here with some friends and we ordered the Milk Shaved Ice, which was really good and huge! It was enough for 5 people to comfortably share and enjoy. The red bean and mochi at the base really completes the milk powder and ice cream up top! The ice itself was super soft and easily mixed with the toppings. However, I also got boba here and I did not like it at all, because the boba itself was frozen solid and not at all enjoyable to drink. read more

THEY HAVE BUBBLE TEA. And they don't eff it up. Sometimes the tapioca is super hard and not at all chewy. The girl behind the counter is also a fellow bubble tea enthusiast and she explained that most places don't allow the balls to cook long enough. She said they don't take into account that the cold smoothie will harden what they think are soft balls. So far I met Coconut and haven't gone back. This cafe is adorable by the way. So cute. I've been a frequent customer at the many Mozart bakeries littered throughout the Atlanta area, so I decided to give the one in Suwanee a try. I ordered some bread - which was good - and sit down to do some work. For the next two hours, a loutish old man keeps hovering over me. When I finally ask him if I can help him, he tells me that I have to leave because I never bought anything. 1. Excuse me, I bought bread here. 2. Are you serious? This location hasn't gotten any reviews yet, so I figured I should visit it and give it some love. There's a better selection of baked goods at this location than I remember seeing at the Buford Highway one. The building is a lot newer than the one on Buford Highway, and it shows. This place just looks cleaner and less cluttered than its ITP counterpart. That said, I think the staff at the Buford Highway location is friendlier. The girl who rang me up seemed really bored, whereas the people who I've dealt with at the other location were always ridiculously pleasant. Who knows, maybe she was having a bad day. Very creative interior! I guess there used to be a grand piano inside for people to play but now they just have a cello. Get anything iced coffee here. I want to know what coffee bean blend they use because its amazing. Even better then illy. Cake selection seemed empty compared to the size of the display case but I think thats because I went around 9pm. Shared a slice of the cheesecake and sweet potato cake between 5 people because we were all so full. Cheesecake was very light with a walnut graham cracker crust. The bakery here deserves a 4+ star but we had a unpleasant experience with the service. We had a hard time ordering two cups of bubble tea because the cashier obviously need more practice on English. The couple behind us had the same problem. What makes matters worse is that they gave us the wrong flavor. We ordered grapes and green tea. Nice quaint bakery, with plenty of spacious seating with a private feel. I'll start with the mediocre, which was the coffee. The coffee was very plain and ordinary, but the CAKES!!! The STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE had an excellent spongy airy texture, with perfect sweetness. The cake had a very Asian cake type of feel and flavor. Got a sweet tooth? Stop on by if you're in the area. That's what I ended up doing after grabbing lunch nearby. Mozart's bakery made me feel like a musician again. Not going to lie, I felt wicked cool seeing the treble clef and bass clef symbols and immediately recognizing them. Oh how it brought back the memories of high school orchestra days. When you first walk in, you notice that they have a great opened space so you're not squeezing through things, and tables are located on both sides of your path making your way to the sweets. They also have nice big comfy booths to sit in. Not too shabby. The sweets are displayed in a beautiful way, you pretty much have a hard time deciding what you would want to pick. I had gone with a mango cake. It looked very delicious, but it wasn't what I was expecting. I was expecting it to be sweeter than it was. I used to go to their old location on the other side of I-85 and always enjoyed my visits-- very friendly, happy people. But... I've been to the current location(new ownership) and had anything but that experience. The lady who is always there is completely lacking in personality-- never so much as a smile. Doesn't offer any assistance at all. Korean customers, however, seem to get the opposite. I have witnessed long conversations (while I was waiting in line), good customer service, and an actual smile. I'm pretty sure my money is just as good. As far as their baked goods, while they're good, one look at the ingredients list will tell you these are not exactly the typical bakery fare. The ingredients list reads more like that of a Twinkie as opposed to a nice local bakery. I will say that if American baked goods are too sweet for you, these are geared towards a more Asian level of sweetness, far less sweet than similar items in an American bakery. I would go for a few items, but the service and a sense that I am not welcome (I'm about as Caucasian looking as they come) will prevent me from crossing the threshold again. Very sad. read more

Love the atmosphere at this location! Big roomy circular booths to meet up with a group for coffee and dessert. The decor is interesting and low key. Lighting is bright enough to get the job done without being super florescent and annoying. Try the mocha cake! So yummy! My only complaint? The decor is so elegant, but they serve food on Styrofoam plates and drinks in disposable travel cups. This was my first visit to Mozart Bakers. Usually, I never go in unless I have a urge to buy bread! The atmosphere was all right. Just looked like any other Asian bakery I've been to.. nothing special. I ordered the Yogurt Bubble Tea. It was delicious... but for the price.. it was a rip-off! I mean they let you add extra boba in your tea.. but still.. very pricey! Another thing was that their menu for the bubble tea didn't mention that it was some sort of smoothie. I'm not a very big fan of smoothies. All in all, the Yogurt Bubble Tea was very delicious! I loved the yogurt flavor of the drink. On this last occasion, we came with a friend and had coffee with dessert (Tiramisu, Chocolate Cake, and blueberry mousse cake). It was an ok experience as the 3 stars suggests. The cakes weren't as good as I as remembered. It could've been that we walked in around 9:00 PM and the batch we ate was made earlier in the day and tasted more stale. However, what I really like about all Mozart's are the prepackaged breads and pastries. I don't know what they're called but my favorites are these long crispy sticks lightly coated with honey. I've been to other locations before and I like the atmosphere in this one. The items are about the same, although this was the first time that I noticed macarons in their case. I had a iced house coffee and it was still a little too sweet and too much cream, but it definitely gave me the pick-me-up I needed. The space here is great for hanging out. I really like the circular booths which are conducive for conversations around the table, but it is kind of a pain if anybody needs to get out. There are other tables though. The cakes and pastries are really nice. They are almost like the ones I get to eat in Tokyo. But the service is bad. The other day a boy at the cash register had his hand in his pocket the whole time he was taking an order and processing it. He had an attitude for whatever reason. I felt like I was inconveniencing him. Also, they serve a cake on styrofoam and plastic utensil. That really ruins the whole experience. They have a very nice sitting area and a classy vibe. Yet, they serve cakes with styrofoam dishes and utensils. One time I complained at a place in Bufford highway. I remember that the person got angry and said something I don't recall now. If they serve things with real dishes, I am happy to pay the price. But, with disposable dishes and stuff, the place is overpriced. If they go for a classy vibe, they need to serve with real plates and cups. They don't seem to have concerns about the quality of service or overall experience. This particular location. Very nice ambiance, clean, bigger than any Mozart bakery I visited so far. Like typical Korean bakery, you go around and pick the bread and pastries. Choices are pretty good . Great for groups, ample space. However, service is not that great. You have to have patience with the cashier and helpers and repeat n show your receipt twice. Ordered caramel macchiato and zen mango green tea, all the pastries that i usually get plus two taro milk tea. I have to ask for my receipt to make sure they are keying in the right price to my pastries as they seem to be confused which price is almond cookie or almond bread. The taro milk tea arrived but no caramel macchiato or zen mango green tea. I went t cashier n showed my receipt, good thinking ahead otherwise goodbye machiato and zen green tea. They got my receipt and started making the coffee, I have to ask for my receipt back. The coffee came but no zen green tea. I have to go back a second time and show my receipt. One looked at my receipt, then went away, then another one looked at my receipt ,took it , then made the zen mango green tea. I was scratching my head as to whether they can understand what was on the receipt. The lady came back with my green tea with a small macaron as a peace offering .
