Documents will be lost, Reasonable Accommodations will be ignored and expect delays in any work orders. Currently, I'm dealing with two issues: 1. 2 month Gnat infestation. I kill at least 100 a day and they're also in my refrigerator. Disgusting I know. 2. The hazardous overflow from the abandoned unit behind me. (even after emailing corporate as well as the front officea bout the situation I have yet to get answers to when they will go out to clean/ sanitize that unit. (please note that they are aware of this matter. They just don't care, but they make sure to care about rent. ALSO keep in mind if you reside here you will be ignored. No point of reaching out to corporate because corporate will ignore you too. I had to reach out to code enforcement, housing, and the Better Business Bureau regarding the situation. ( waiting for them to get back to me now) Today is Thursday, July 30 and the staff at Breckenridge Village including corporate office has disregarding the abandoned unit behind me.(even after it flooded Sunday the 26th.) I will post the pictures so you will understand what I've been dealing with for the last two months. This is how Breckenridge Village staff operate. Please be aware and think twice or even three times before thinking about residing here. Hope the pictures I post help you make a decision. Run as far away as you can this is not a location for senior citizens/anyone with kids or if you have a disability find somewhere else to stay. As you see management replied and tried to make it seem like I denied pest control. Let me make this very clear Highland Pest Control teated my unit three times; each time they treated my unit they use at least two different pesticides. (the gnat infestation was increasing not decreasing. ( AND THE SMELL) So, yes I did refuse the fourth treatment which would have been 07/26/26. I refuse the 4th treatment because my apartment is NOT THE SOURCE. The abandoned unit behind me with the walls covered in feces and food, with trash and abandoned furniture is the source of the gnat infestation and horrible smell. It makes ZERO sense for my unit to continue to be treated as well as the other tenants who have been complaining about this HAZARDOUS problem. THE SOURCE MUST BE TAKEN CARE OF FIRST!. However, I no longer need to stress. CODE ENFORCEMENT. Reached out to me and told me not to worry. JUST LET ME KNOW IF MANAGEMENT NEED THE CASE NUMBER.

Glad Nada starts doing some online marketing, so more people will have a chance to get help from her excellent service and expertise in the real estate market. Searching for a listing is not hard, you can do it yourself. But getting a loan and dealing with the seller (especially a difficult one I had) was absolutely beyond my ability, but Nada handled it very well. Not only did she got me a loan that I couldn't get from national banks, she also went to open houses with me. Nada thoroughly review the repair history of the home we bid on. She found out some major leaking from upstairs neighbor being covered up by the seller. After many back and forth, repairs and tests, everything were fixed up eventually, and I just have to credit Nada for her experience and effort in the process. After closing, she follow up with us and making sure no more problem with our new home.

Instead of waiting for us in good faith WELL BEFORE OUR JULY 15th MOVE IN DATE, David and Benji (Benjamin on here) decided to stripe our agreement from us and give the lease to another party without warning or discussion. Looking for a house is stressful enough -- if you want disrespectful monsters representing you, then go ahead. Otherwise, RENTERS/LANDLORD & BUYERS/SELLERS beware. 1. No compassion for my friend who's father passed away and had to attend a funeral before signing the lease with my boyfriend and I. 2. Couldn't wait 3 days for money to transfer to my account so I could get a cashiers check that they were insisting on EVEN THOUGH the lease stated electronic transfer was acceptable and I was happy to do that. Breach of contract let alone non-ethical due to requesting money before the landlord signed the agreement. 3. Revoked our signed lease agreement without warning or discussion. I'm reporting them to the BBB, DRE and positing reviews in hopes they will be stopped from hurting people because we're not the only ones as there have been several reviews deleted.

My building was spread out with people that was affected, and some who still had jobs, so we decided to reach out together to help everyone out, and maybe find some common ground ("we are all in this together" as they say). However BRE Investment / David Bramante has been silent to this for months. Yes he did change some of the smoke detectors in the building (a few weeks late I might add), but he ignored this discussion. And today we had a representative reach out and he avoided the conversation completely saying "I do not appreciate this conversation". Probably something a management company should be better at handling. Just a thought.
