Her role was limited to this one task, yet the experience quickly unraveled into a series of unprofessional behaviors. Despite my extensive experience purchasing properties in multiple states, I was shocked by her lack of negotiation skills. Instead of advocating for her client, she appeared to manipulate the situation in favor of the seller, citing dubious claims about "multiple people about to make an offer." Additionally, she repeatedly failed to honor verbal agreements, leaving us in an uncomfortable and uncertain position. Her attempt to bring her dog to the house inspection was inappropriate and unprofessional, and it was rightly rejected by the listing broker. Even worse, she sent a document via DocuSign for my signature to falsely confirm her participation in the inspection--an inspection she failed to attend. Overall, Mrs. Freedman's conduct during this process was disappointing and frustrating. Her lack of professionalism and failure to prioritize her client's interests make it impossible for me to recommend her services.
