Great communicator with deep knowledge of the process and the local market. . We first met Hilary 16 years ago when we bought our first house. When the time came to sell it and move to another home, we had no hesitation in reaching out to her to help us again. Hilary and team are incredibly responsive, answering questions quickly and helping identify excellent local vendors and agents to help us with our sale. They're also very proactive, keeping us on task and making sure we kept on top of everything that needed to be done at each step. The process of selling and buying houses can be daunting and stressful and having an experienced agent who remains calm, positive, focused, and attentive can make all the difference. Hilary Blaha is an experienced, trusted real estate expert with comprehensive local area knowledge and top-notch offer writing and counteroffer negotiation skills. A coworker recommended professional Realtor Hilary Blaha to find a home in the Santa Clarita, Agua Dulce, and Acton area. Relocating 100 miles away for a new job is stressful and we were under pressure to buy a home quickly and complete the transaction within a limited timeframe. Hilary had early access to new listings and she checked the MLS database every hour, so we were the first buyers to see a new property. Because we had a set deadline and a busy schedule, Hilary scheduled multiple listings to view every weekend or offered to video/Facetime the property for us. Her almost 20 years of experience was invaluable, because she has a critical eye that spots potential problems from deferred home maintenance. When she found our Acton house, Hilary provided an extensive and accurate comparative market analysis of recently sold homes in the neighborhood and she wrote a competitive offer within our budget with a shorter escrow period during a multiple offer situation. Our offer was accepted! We gave Hilary a demanding list of Must Haves and she delivered our dream home and guided us through the escrow process. She coordinated every escrow appointment such as inspections for house, septic, pool, etc. Her contacts were top-notch professionals that alerted us to the positive points of the home as well as the issues needing attention. Hilary resolved every issue to ensure a smooth escrow process. In an unprecedented seller's market and middle of a pandemic, Hilary managed the process with ease. You can count on Hilary to manage your real estate transaction. We highly recommend using Hilary Blaha for selling or buying your next home. If I could give zero stars, I would. Unethical realtor. Posted a listing as an active sale that was actually under contract already. Took our offer & even went as far as telling us she was presenting our offer and all was good. Never said a single word to our realtor about the property already being under contract and left us on the line for 4 days until our realtor demanded communication. We stayed home an extra few hours from our planned family vacation to put our offer on this home. You are a liar Hilary. If your looking for a trustworthy, ethical realtor, look elsewhere because Hilary isn't the one. Hilary, thanks for responding more than 2 weeks later. Goes hand in hand with your initial communication efforts, which I still stand by. I've known my realtor for a very long time and although your trying to save your behind on this one for a Yelp rating, I still stand by my initial review and will be leaving it up. I will also let everyone in SCV know about our experience and how we were treated. You also lied right here in this response. You told my realtor the initial escrow was saved with a co-buyer... then came back a few days later and said a backup on the initial listing (before we even came along) pulled through. So which one is it Hillari? I am curious as to how this transaction closes because if the buyer of the home happens to also be your client, the answer will be clear, you threw ours out the door to double end a deal. Time will tell there... Just as you say you have communications saved, so does my realtor solidifying your crooked, unprofessional behavior. read more

How do I even begin? Hilary Blaha is the epitome of what you are looking for in a Realtor. She is kind, helpful, and above all she is knowledgeable. Hilary is the professional you hope to find any time you interact as a consumer or customer, because she knows what she is doing and she does it well. After Hilary helped us sell our first home and buy our next home, we referred her to my parents, my brother and my sister, all of whom used Hilary to buy and/or sell their homes. They too can't say enough about her as a realtor (and a person!). In fact, after Hilary helped us sell our home in Santa Clarita so we could move across country to Georgia we wished we could bring her with us to help us find our home! Even though we weren't able to bring her with us, the second we had questions about the houses we were looking at and the offers we were considering making, she didn't hesitate to help us navigate that. With Hilary you are getting more than just a phenomenal realtor, you are getting a resource for all future home-related needs, and also a friend. If we were now buying ANYWHERE in California we would be using Hilary to help us find our home. And even all the way in Georgia we are still reaping the benefits of having Hilary in our lives as the rock star realtor she is! AND! Did I mention she helped us sell our home at the onset of a pandemic and every step of the way was sure to make everyone involved feel comfortable, safe and taken care of! I honestly can't say enough good things about our experiences with Hilary. read more

Hilary sold our home in Acton for us this summer, and we are still singing her praises. She was organized, professional and informative throughout the entire process. She explained everything along the way and worked with us to ensure that we listed our home for the right price. Hilary is extremely knowledgeable in real estate, and is constantly evolving to suit the changing industry. She dealt with us during a very stressful time in our lives. We were selling our home in CA and buying another on the other side of the U.S. She worked with our out-of-state realtor and made the process seamless. It's evident that she cares for her clients and truly wants what is best for them. To Hilary, her clients aren't just a paycheck, and that is one reason, among many, that we feel blessed to have had her on our side. Especially because during our selling process, she was dealt the unfortunate hand of dealing with a very unprofessional realtor representing our buyers. Hilary was calm, collected and a true professional throughout some ridiculously frustrating circumstances. I know there are very few who could have kept their composure like she did and we admire her for it. My family and I would HIGHLY recommend Hilary for any and all of your realty needs! read more
