I don't like feeling pressured to start services with someone, I don't give out any contact info but a email at first because I don't want someone hounding me. Polly is the opposite, she has been super helpful when I need her but hasn't hounded me once. She has given me more confidence and more information based on where I live, what I can sell for and what I can buy in the area's I am looking for. What I truly love about Polly is that she is very very informative but she is also very positive. I spoke to other agents that I've kept in touch with for over a year and never received the information I have received from Polly and the other agents are always a Debbie Downer. Explaining that I might not get that much for my place where as Polly was positive and explained based on the market and in my area, I can get a heck of a lot more than what the other Agents were thinking. So I just feel very good with Polly and will recommend her to anyone looking for a great Real Estate Agent/broker.

I had no control over the choice of realtor due the fact there was another party to the sale. She had one open house. It was 110 degrees. I was disgusted by her lack of cooperation. The other party would never sign in a timely manner. That Christine couldn't get her ass up and drive 5 miles to get the necessary papers signed. Put me into such ill health I had to have an EKG. The buyer was kind enough to extend me an extra 5 days. Wanna know where I am?? In a hotel because Christine couldn't get the other party to sign. So that I could never show the seller of my house I had funds to buy my new property. I begged. I asked. NOTHING!! No effort. Oh and when the inspector from my buyer came. They claimed termite damage and sewer damage. Christine then forced me sign off without giving me the opportunity to get my own inspection. I had no termites. I have pest control services. The sewer line was clear and I was told it would last 60 years. So because of this horrible ineptitude of Christine she cost me thousands. She fought for not one penny. Nor did she ever accomplish getting the other signature. Also because of laziness I had to rush to buy something or I would have been homeless. So here I am in a hotel. Because she couldn't get a signature. My closing date was the 18th. I HAD NO PAPERWORK TO PROVE I HAD FUNDS. All because of her laziness to get signatures on time.

After years of follow-up, she suddenly claimed Williams Homes had no responsibility and referred me to an outside risk consultant who has done nothing to resolve the issue. This is a clear case of warranty mismanagement and a deliberate attempt to avoid accountability. All communication came from Williams Homes. They handled everything until I escalated the complaint. Now they are trying to rewrite the facts and shift blame. Save yourself the frustration. Their homes may look nice, but once you close, the support disappears.

Once we submitted an offer, we were told there were multiple offers on the property. (LIE) Shortly after, the seller significantly raised the price.(20,000$). The entire situation felt more like a game than a professional transaction handled with transparency and integrity. It honestly felt like we were being pushed to increase our offer without clear evidence of other active buyers. Ultimately, we decided to move on and pursue another property, which ended up being a much better/cleaner fit. Interestingly, once we canceled our offer, the home went right back on the market and continues to show as available. That definitely made us question the "multiple offers" we were told about. She doesn't care about veterans or military/law enforcement. Buying a home is already stressful, and clear communication, honesty, and professionalism are extremely important. Unfortunately, that was not our experience her AT ALL. I don't recommend using this flashy mindless realtor.
