This was the response I got. " Im wondering if with all your experience, you've not had a dry pedicure? There are a few places in calgary that do dry services which is where I based my services from. The ladies were very professional, the room was nicely decorated, heat pads under the blankets. The music was relaxing and at a good level. The ladies used hot towels on our feet, massaged us full body using lavender lotion. This was an amazing service for $88. I tipped 20% on the regular price of $145. Tax was $4.25. I highly recommend, would return.

I had…read morewanted a couple's massage so I had to find somewhere new and it was one of the places that popped up in my searches with the added bonus that it was in canmore which could make a nice day trip. I decided to go for it as the prices aren't too bad and the good reviews were still good. the spa is in a strip mall and the ambiance is very similar to some of the other nicer strip mall spas I've been ton. Not the nicest spa around but also not the price structure of one of those spas. The staff was nice, we got early and they got us in early to boot. The couple's room is not what I pictured from TV (I've never had one before) but it was just two treatment rooms with the curtain opened. so we were only kind of in the same room. I do imagine the rooms is strange when you aren't in a couple's massage as there is just a curtain between you and someone else unless i'm missing something else about the room to add privacy. The massage was very eclectic - there was a mix of regular massages, use of hot rocks at times and some shiatsu. A mixture that was quite nice and yet I've never had in combo before. Over all we quite enjoyed our time there and I might have made my spa newbie fiance a bit more high maintenance... heh.

When I called about coming in to get it fixed the lady told me she would love if I could come back in so she can explain to me the process of dying hair and was very annoyed with my request. I refused as her tone was extremely unprofessional and I did not want a lecture on the process of dying hair. if you cannot dye, style or cut hair how the client asks then please just say that from the beginning. people would be happier than having a bad hair cut/colour. I was hoping for more service as a competing Aveda salon includes a scalp massage and tea prior to a cut and they charge pretty much the same price for a men's cut.
