We ended up getting donuts because we were already there. I've visited their Hollywood location. I've never noticed this one till they had their event. Anyway, donuts are like $3.15 each. I had the chocolate which was standard and okay. I tried the pbj and the jelly taste very artificial. But it was okay. It didn't taste right though. Also tried the Apple fritter, it was standard. The best out of the bunch were the donut holes. I suspect it was because they were making them fresh consistently. They were the softest and most delicious.

We ordered a bagel with cream cheese and a breakfast burrito. Unfortunately, the burrito was disappointing. The tortilla tasted old, it was very small, and it only came with a tiny container of salsa on the side. The bagel also wasn't what I expected--it tasted more like regular bread than a traditional bagel. The only thing I really enjoyed was the glazed donuts. Those were fresh, delicious, and definitely the highlight of the visit. Sadly, I don't think I'd return to this location, especially after having such a much better experience at the Hollywood location.

Service was on point: cordial, fast, efficient and he would anticipate even our box request! We really appreciated that! Anyway, our lunch meetup was a success and the food we had was delicious. My friend had a burrata chicken parmigiana and it was nice and big that she will be happy to have some more lunch later today - haha! I had the 1lb ribs and they were big and juicy and came with fries. Also: I will enjoy some more tomorrow! Yay! I'm glad to see this restaurant doing well in Old Town Pompano. Our server was very friendly and assisted us with our questions about the menu. As we were there for brunch, we settled on fried green tomatoes Eggs Benedict, steak and eggs, and shrimp and grits. The fresh biscuits sounded so good that we ordered them. We should have asked for them to come out early, so we could enjoy them while we were waiting. However, we took them home and enjoyed them the next day. We also made the mistake of ordering a side of potatoes. That was definitely not necessary because two of the entrées came with potatoes, and we had more than plenty for the table. Again, something we enjoyed the next day. We were all impressed with what we ordered. Everything came out hot and cooked just as we had asked. My shrimp and grits were absolutely delicious. I also thought it was also nice that our server asked if we wanted to take our refilled drinks to go and prepared to go cups for us. This restaurant has been consistent for us, and I definitely plan to be back. Next time, I'd like to check out their live music scene and get a table outside when the weather gets a little cooler.
