The staff were very accommodating and they welcomed us by explaining what they offer. Food was very healthy, delicious, and filling (yes, delicious and filling, too). I ordered a combination of their salads: Quinoa with Bulgur and Olives, Mushroom Salad with Bulgur, and Tofu Salad with Walnuts. The combination of flavors and textures of the ingredients was quite an experience for my sense of taste and my stomach felt more satisfied with these salads than with most meat dishes. It must have been the quinoa. My husband ordered the Falafel Burger which tasted like a Turkish falafel only less oily. Also, for less than 2 euros (around 1.90) we had refillable drinks. They had three different fresh juices and we were able to try all, but my favorite was the Strawberry, Apricot and Agave Juice.
