I dropped my car off the day before and it was ready by the following day. They advised that within the year it would need some more work, but weren't pushy and they didn't try to 'upsell' me on anything. I will definitely take my car back to Connelly's.

NOT TRUSTWORTHY…read more "Avoid This Shop for Safety Checks!" Took my Lancer to Master Mechanic for a safety check, and it was an absolute nightmare. Halfway through, they called to tell me they couldn't find my wheel lock key and said they'd only charge me an hour's labor because they cannot complete the safety che k without it. I told them the wheel lock key was in the glove box, but they refused to check. I ended up paying $120 for an hour of labor and now they expect me to return and pay $169 again for the safety check. All because they didn't bother looking where I told them the key was and saw a young kid they could scam another 120$ from. This isn't the first time either. They pulled a similar stunt with my Mustang last summer and I ended up having it scrapped. when they were called on it. There was "nothing they could do" Lesson learned. I'll be taking my vehicles to Fitzsimmons from now on. Don't waste your time or money here. Absolutely would not recommend! 0 stars if possible.

Top notch, excellent, cream of the crop, first-rate... Class A. It's the perfect name, as far as…read moreI'm concerned, because that's what they provided me with - the best service in town. I live in Toronto, but due to limited space in my big city digs, I store my snow tires in my parents garage in Peterborough. When I called the Honda dealership in late November to make an appointment to get my tires changed, I figured it would be a breeze... Since this is not a review of Trent Valley Honda, I will spare you the details, but suffice it to say, they screwed up... big... and I left with the job undone and very little time before I needed to leave to make it back to the city for work on time. Enter Class A. Every other place in town seemed to be frazzled and overrun by people doing just the same as I was and hurrying to get snow tires on at (what we thought was going to be) the last minute. But not Class A. They listened to my situation, put me on a brief hold to check scheduling, and came back to report that, under the circumstances, they had found time to fit me in. When I arrived, they took my car in right on schedule and were done in no time. Staff was amazing, the waiting area was stocked with magazines and had a television screen showing CP24, and I made it to my destination with time to spare. Thanks guys!

Ok shop, a bit pricey but honest and seems to replace/fix problems every time I bring my car in.read more

Love bringing my truck here. The staff greet customers with a bottle of water and a newspaper…read more These guys are efficient! They completed an oil change, rust proofing, transfer case service and installed the front turn signal bulb (had to remove a bunch of panels) in about 45 minutes. Because I got multiple services, they gave me a bunch of discounts and installed new wiper blades for free! They washed my windows after the rust proofing. I see the same staff over multiple visits, and they all seem quite happy to work there. They offer mechanical services as well. For selfish reasons, I don't want to give this review- don't want them getting too busy - but this is the place to go if you want efficient, friendly service.

I want to keep this car as long as possible, before I have to buy my final one. Car was done well within the time I was told. She had printed the estimate of what work I needed uncovered during the inspection, and indicated the ones that were high priority. If I wanted to go ahead with the repairs, they could do it right away. I said I needed to call my neighbour to get a ride home (I don't live in the town)....She not to worry, they could give me a ride home! They did, and they also picked me back up to go get my car. I've done business with Matt's on 3 occasions. Excellent work, done when promised. Today was another example of inctlredible customer service. Matt's Automotive makes it easy to support local business The rest of the repairs need several hours. After dropping off my car, I'll go for breakfast then hit Millbrook Valley Trails for some bird watching and picture taking.

Coming from the BIG City Toronto, you would never get this type of white glove service at any automotive repair centre in Toronto. I have a cottage up in Keene and these guys won my business. After this amazing customer service experience, I decided to share this story with my Leadership Team during a conference meeting in Toronto and again in Ottawa, there's customer service and then there's great customer service and this is what Jiffy Lube had provided to me. They bring Customer service to a new level in the Automotive industry. I'm not much for giving reviews but this is extremely important to share with present and future Jiffy Lube Customers. I personally want to thank the Jiffy Lube Crew for getting back on the road. Once again thank you Victor and your staff of technicians. Keep up the Great Customer Service, Mario the Audi customer.
