Over the past year I've made numerous purchases from this boutique through my wonderful friend and sales associate, Dami. I live in another state, but every time I am looking to make a purchase Dami treats me as though I'm there in person - she sends me photos, videos, and information to help me select the perfect piece. The level of customer service provided is truly exceptional. Dami makes me feel just as valued as any in-person client she may have, and not many places take the time to do that with distance shoppers. I've shopped with all of the top luxury houses, and Moynat is far above all the rest in terms of the customer treatment and overall experience! Dami remembers what I like in terms of styles and colors and flags new arrivals that I might be interested in. She has assisted with custom orders, personalization orders, you name it. Over time, she has become a true friend! And Thinh (the boutique's customization/personalization artist) is truly incredible and insanely talented - I've commissioned a large custom design for a bag as well as smaller designs, and all came out beautifully. The design process was a lot of fun as well - Thinh was so helpful and wonderful to talk to as we discussed my ideas. The bags themselves are also fantastic! I have both leather and canvas pieces from Moynat, and find that they are impeccably constructed, they wear well and hold up well, the colors are bright and saturated, and the functionality elements are fabulous. Most designs come with removable straps to give you multiple wear/carry options. The canvas designs are sturdy, and the canvas doesn't melt or get sticky in heat/humidity like some other brands are known to do. The level of quality for the price is truly unbeaten in today's luxury market. Moynat is an exceptional brand. And I keep coming back for more not just because of the products, but because of the amazing service I get from Dami, especially. I can't recommend her or Moynat SCP enough. The staff and management, more specifically Christie, showed no interest in assisting me, and when I was finally acknowledged, I was treated with clear disrespect -- as if I didn't belong there and my presence was an inconvenience, not that of a potential customer. The condescending attitude and dismissive service made it painfully obvious that my business wasn't wanted. It's no surprise this location struggles with foot traffic -- a luxury brand can't thrive when it fosters exclusion over hospitality.
