When I pointed it out to the counselors, they all immediately denied it and said a child must have done it. I asked to speak with whomever was in charge and they said she was in meetings. No apologies, no offer to have the director call me, no follow up, nothing. No one has returned my phone call about the matter.

Except for the past two weeks I've been going to this location regularly, attempting to switch my home gym. A manager is NEVER there when I go. Never. And I've gone at various times! Afternoon. 4pm. 5pm. 6pm. Throughput the weeks. All on various days. The manager is never there. Up until yesterday, I've been treated kindly and they have always allowed me to workout and come back to try again. I am fine with that except yesterday I was told "I guess I can let you this one time but we're not supposed to let classic members do that." Oh please, no...don't go out of your way to do me any favors. It's not as if I haven't tried multiple times to switch to here. You know what's crazy? I'm literally trying to make this my home gym...clearly this person knew that. It's not like I'm trying to abuse the system and gym hop locations or something. I'm literally trying to switch my gym!!!! Why is this SO hard?!? And How rude of her. She could have easily let me workout knowing this and without making me feel terrible. "This one time." Right so when I show up tomorrow and the manager is not there, I'm going to be denied access?!??? I'm honestly about to cancel my membership.
