I was visiting from out of state and had made the mistake of coloring my own hair prior to my trip. Big mistake. So, upon a recommendation from a friend, I viewed a recent before/after on their Facebook page. I was stunned at how similar the hair of the client on the page was to mine. Then, to see the "after" pic was EXACTLY what I wanted. So, I contacted the salon hoping they would be able to squeeze me in because I was leaving town today. They put me in touch with the stylist/colorist, Vanessa. I cannot say enough good things about her work! She has a gift. My hair was basically orange and brassy and she corrected the color and tone, gave me a much needed cut and now my hair is soft, silky, glossy and beautiful! I feel like a new woman! She was so patient and took her time to really care for my hair. We had such a nice morning...She asked what I wanted for the final result and we discussed different options along the way. She told me exactly what she was doing through all the steps, which reassured me. I couldn't be happier! I had an opportunity to watch all of the other staff through my morning and it was clear that all of the ladies and their clients were very happy and committed to each other...taking the time to ask about families and leaving with smiles on their faces. ​Extremely Disappointing Experience -- I Will Not Be Returning…read more Unfortunately, my recent experience was painful, disappointing, and completely unacceptable. I went in for a deluxe pedicure and nail service, expecting professional treatment and quality results. Instead, I left in significant pain and unable to comfortably wear my shoes. The technician was excessively rough throughout the service. She cut the skin surrounding several of my nails, nicked multiple nails, and used the electric nail grinder so aggressively that my nails were ground down to the point of injury. Several nails became painfully overheated during the process. This was not only uncomfortable but also left me concerned about the damage caused to my nails and surrounding skin. The quality of the finished service was equally disappointing. Polish was left smeared across my toes and even on my middle fingers. The lack of attention to detail was unacceptable, especially considering the service I paid for. The customer service at checkout was just as frustrating. While I was checking out and attempting to pay, the employee assisting me stopped to help the technician who had just completed my deluxe pedicure and nail service. I was left standing patiently while three other people were being assisted. Not once did anyone ask how my services went or whether I was satisfied with the results. What makes this experience especially upsetting is that I left in so much pain that I had to walk out into the rain without my shoes on because I could not comfortably wear them. Customers deserve professional service, careful treatment, quality workmanship, and basic courtesy. Unfortunately, none of those expectations were met during this visit. I will not be returning. No customer should have to leave a salon injured, in pain, and feeling completely disregarded after paying for a service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses both the quality of the services being provided and the lack of customer care.
