My fingers are BLOODY. There is dried powder all around my fingers, the dude was SO RUDE and extremely rough and heavy handed. He didn't speak to me the whole time, never turned on the table lamp and y'all it was SO dark in there. No wonder they look awful because dude couldn't see. You could tell he was in a big rush and having a terrible day. By the time I dried my hands in the little gel dryer on the table and paid (5 mins) he was ASLEEP in a chair across the room. Like WHAT?!!? That being said the other 2 ladies who work here and their customers nails did NOT look like mine. I will be back solely for those 2 but dude will never touch my hands again. And I'm sure he doesn't care cause he didn't seem to care about ANYTHING. Even when I pulled my hand back and said ow. He didn't even blink an eye at me. read more

HORRIBLE AVOID THIS SALON! The place was dirty and very messy which should have been my sign to say never mind. There isn't any painted nails to choose from your just told to go pick from the gel bottles. My nails are a mess the pictures do not do justice. There's bubbles in the polish l, parts of the nail aren't painted. The man completely ignored me and the lady and her daughter that was next to me. I didn't say anything rude as I'm not confrontational just tried to talk and was completely ignored another customer asked for the bathroom and got nothing. The man had dirt under his fingernails that he was using to scrape some of the polish off my fingers. He had a hospital bracelet on which made me worried he was sick and coming in anyway. I can't even go get my nails fixed at this point because it's the day before Easter and everyone is booked. I would give zero stars if I could. Just to be clear the man did speak English he chose to ignore us, I don't mean that to be hateful just want to make that clear. read more

My 10 year old could've done a better job! Not only did the technician make me bleed 3 times but she thought painting on the cuticles and sides of my toes was "pretty good." My daughter had a pedicure with another technician at the same time and hers was about the same. Don't waste your money. Even basic nail skills are lacking in this place and for $45. read more

My boyfriend's mom and I went to go get our nails done for our beach trip coming up. We had made an appointment for 4pm and as soon as we walk in we aren't greeted at all and notice there is only one person working. (Which was the owner and also isn't professional for a business at all). He was doing a pedicure and didn't even acknowledge us. Finally he got around to us and barely said 2 words to us the entire time. Once he got around to doing my nails I had dip nails prior to this appointment and they needed to be soaked off. So he goes to remove them by not soaking them off but trying to clip down my nail and rip the old dip nail off my natural nail. I told him he was hurting me and then he finally decided that soaking them off would be better. (Go figure). All jokes aside I will never return to this nail salon and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. read more

I was a walk-in. I saw a few others sitting but had room to sit. Everyone and the employees are talkative and friendly. Pop song is played. After sitting for 10 minutes, a woman asked what I wanted. Then I sat for another 15 minutes and finally got started on my nails. The woman was fast and asked if I wanted them shorter. Which I did. Lol. So she got them as short as she could. I love it! She was fast and talkative. I paid 16$ for a fill in and 5$ for nail art. I highly recommend this place! They do accept appointments as well. read more

Giving two stars because my pedicure wasn't bad. And the staff is super friendly but I got a fill and they look awful. Gel French tips and they are all uneven. The guy didn't even check finger against finger to see if they looked good. Safe to say I will not be back. He seemed rushed like he didn't care about my nails and making them look right and only wanted to advertise his restaurant down the street. read more

Been here twice. First time I left and came back the next day. Wait was too long and they were short handed. Came back a second time on a Saturday. Waited more than an hour to get a fill. Would not have waited had I not needed one so bad. Appears there are plenty of techs for pedicures but only 1 for manicures..? She bounces between clients. I am sorry but if you can't afford to give each and every client your full attention, then you need to hire more techs or reconsider your business choice. Bouncing between clients shows them you really don't care enough to give them quality service. Was not thrilled with my nails either time. Also the prices are higher on Saturday than any other day..? Who does that?? I understand being busy but when you make the clients wait long periods of time and then gouge them more for coming on a Saturday? Not cool. I will pay a premium for premium service. Not paying more to wait for subpar service. Close to home but I probably won't be back. read more
