Ashley, the person who answers the phones needs to drink some water and take a mf nap, and maybe that'll help her sour af attitude. She also failed to let me know that having a card on file will allow the technicians to come and service my mower without being present, which lead to several more weeks of a broken mower due to her negligence on informing me. The technicians are great, but lil chick needs some self reflection if y'all want continued business, bc she's rude and misinforms. read more

Customer Unfriendly: After determining at their first visit my snow thrower needed new "treads", they arrived weeks later without the required screws, so I was told he would take it to the shop & return it that afternoon repaired. NO! Rather, that was the last day before they closed their shop for 11 days over Christmas & New Years. Then they waited 2 more weeks before returning it repaired. And charged me regardless, unapologetically!! Look elsewhere!!! read more

Service was completed on 7/11. Was told we needed a new blade and they would contact us to replace it. 2 weeks later I called and spoke with a man who had no idea that a blade was needed and said would call back. One week later I had to call and was told it was ordered. Husband emailed a week later, still on order. Finally got the text to schedule service for 8/28, which could not do and asked for another date in September. Never got the confirmation text for that date. Husband emailed again and was told "your date is 9/5 like I told you". Sent nasty email about the service we have received and basically was told "you mad me mad with your words" in the email. Was also told they were refusing to service us also, but i ended up canceling anyway. Isn't that nice? This company has terrible customer service skills and remember..don't cuss or they will cancel your service. ​ read more

They showed up and charged me $100 to tell me I needed a new blade. They failed to order the blade until after I called two weeks later to check when they were coming back to finish the job. Then didn't show up on the day they were supposed to replace it despite email confirmation of the appointment. This is a disorganized operation. read more

Upon contacting via email from their website it took three days to get a response. Two weeks later I was given a 1pm-5pm window for the technicians to arrive but they didn't show up until about 5:30 and took the push mower with them, so work was not done on-site. Two weeks later I received a quote for repairs that matched the cost of buying the mower new. I told them to dispose of the mower. It was a slow, six-week process that was very disappointing. They seldom answered their phone when I called them and they are obviously slow and expensive. Go elsewhere to get you mower repaired! read more

Great Service! I have a 20 year John Deere rider that wouldn't turn over. MMM came out to the house, but couldn't find the problem, so they hauled the mower into their shop to conduct a complete diagnosis. After trying several different fixes, they found a bad sensor that fixed the problem. They also then provided the routine Spring maintenance. After my last maintenance service, with a different company, the engine ran horribly. It now runs perfectly! MMM did not charge me for hauling my mower back and forth, and they only charged my $25 above the normal maintenance fee to diagnose and fix my mower. I am very pleased with my entire experience! read more

WORST DO NOT USE! Their tech came out and must have lifted the hood from our newly purchased used John Deere LT 160 and let it drop to the floor because the larger hood is completely cracked off now- The tech then tried to hide what he had done- because he never called me- he just pushed it into the corner of the garage facing AWAY from us Not only that but once he cracked the top larger hood off he proceeded to either step on it or smash the hood somehow. He just pushed our mower back inside the garage facing the wall in the corner and put the broken pieces the size of a coffee saucer on the deck!! When my son and I went to push it out- away from the wall - where he had tried to hide what he'd done- we noticed the ruined hood- I told the owner who immediately denied any wrong doing despite we have pictures before and after- and at least 3 witnesses from the previous owner a neighbors landscaper and another mower service!! The John Deere LT 160 has 2 hoods that have to be replaced 1 is 100.00 and the other is $250. The owner offered 100.00 they need to replace the hoods which is bad business- we live on a very busy street in Montgomery and he could have really gotten some good business from our happiness - he chose to take advantage of a widow- with a special needs son I will tell everyone DO NOT USE MOBILE MOWER MAINTENANCE- they don't care if their techs break your mower! read more

I called yesterday and a respectful service man was here today (Maybe I was lucky considering the time of the year! But, I'll take it!). A thorough look at my mower, a few adjustments and in under an hour my mower is ready to go! And at a REASONABLE price. STAY AWAY! Customer service is bad these days, and this place may be the worst of all. Terrible communication, they picked up my mower, kept it 3 weeks, refused to return multiple, multiple phone calls, and then eventually dropped it off without repairing. No calls to update on timing or why the mower would not start. I called 5 times before they called me back, finally. Stay away! read more

I had no problems with this company. I called and gave all of my information. I was told a "scheduler" would call me back and tell me when they would be out. I didn't hear from them for a week so I called and they told me I was scheduled for two days later. That is the only reason they didn't get 5 stars. They showed up on time. Took care of everything and just left a bill for me. No hassles and everything is working great again. read more
