Everyone enjoyed his caricatures and thought it was one of the highlights of the party. He asked each person/couple what their likes were so that he could incorporate it into the pictures (mine had my husband and me with our dog at the beach), which made them even more special. Because the drawings were so popular, Steve stayed 2 hours longer than we originally contracted for and did so gladly! I highly recommend Steve for any of your party plans.

Their web presence is no better than their delivery service. I just wasted 10 minutes of my life…read morethat I'll never get back trying to load their web page. The main page came up fine, but the links to the stories were either broken or took so long to load that I finally gave up. I tried on Explorer, Chrome, and Firefox. Explorer got me a little farther than the other two, but the pages still stopped loading after the headline appeared. I'm on a T1 line, and everything else on the web is lightening fast, so it's not my computer or connection. And this is a fairly regular problem for me. Heck, most of the time I feel like I could walk to their offices on E Street and pick up a paper off the presses faster than I could load their web page.

What's worse than email spam? How about paper spam?…read more Every now and then I'll get a stack of paper spam, a.k.a. the phone book, delivered to my house. Today I got another issue of the Valley Yellow Pages (put out by AGI Publishing). Seems like they send me one every 3 years despite my repeated attempts to opt out. The yellowpagesoptout.com site (listed on the back of the book) still shows my preferences set to not receive any of my three local phone books, including the Valley Yellow Pages. And I have old emails that confirm my selections. None of this matters for AGI. They must be hurting so much for business that they're sending phone books to every household, even those that have opted out. They might as well increase their distribution even more by dumping a few truckloads of books into the bay, seeing as how they have no concern for the environment. When I need to look up business information, I do it online. I only hope that businesses stop advertising with AGI so that this company can meet its rightful end. Until then, I guess I'll have more spam to look forward to in 3 years.

It addresses the important issues of the day such as the climate crisis, racism, voting rights, homelessness, elections, gun violence, immigration and LGBTQ+ discrimination. I have no doubts about the integrity of the Fresno Community Alliance, and their reporting. I know…read moretheir editor well (he is now a board member) and the F.C.A. is a paper both respected and feared by Fresno's errant and often arrogant establishment. I don't put an ounce of weight in whatever Eric H. says. I would bet my bottom dollar he never contacted the L.C.A. with a concern about Any Article he has read. The Community Alliance paper is about as far from the "main stream" (sic) media as one could possibly be. I question not only the legitimacy of Eric H.'s complaint, but also strongly wonder why he has a pixelated picture. I've been in Fresno for 51 years, there's no reason to hide who you are IMHO. Ordered raised foil business cards for my new business, haven't started selling anything yet so I…read moream paying out of pocket from what little I was able to save up to make this purchase. I trusted them to make them look good but I never got offered a physical proof of it, only a digital one. When I got the cards, you can't even read a single word on any of them. The foil was thick on those areas and so you can't read any of the lettering. I wasn't given any options to get a physical proof before making a decision, I didn't even know you can request that. This little mistake cost me nearly $200 that I won't get back. I was offered a 50% discount to purchase more but I don't have that money right now. I was counting on these cards to get me in the door to customers to begin business and I spent what I had to do so. I am sure their work is excellent but for my first time, I did not get the best service and just wasted money which is delaying the start of my business. I already had issues with another business making my cards and wasted money on them so I searched for a more professional, local business thinking that there shouldn't be any fail with this one. I can't really use these cards because they don't look professional at all, they looks like a sloppy mess that makes it look like I made these myself and settled with the mess I made. Can't say I recommend this business, you just might waste a good chunk of your savings to get your foot in the door in a new business, saldy. I really hate leaving these sort of reviews, it doesn't feel good on my soul but I expected better and got very disappointed. Wish they had a refund or reprint policy
