Each experience was excellent. Paul is very honest and transparent. I would say that is his signature quality. The car I purchased is 12 years old and Paul was open about any issues with the car as well as its history to the best of his knowledge. It has been a great car but I appreciated the honesty up front. The selling experience was smooth and headache free. I can't tell you how much of a relief it was to just turn over the entire selling process to Starting Line from start to finish.
