They are flexible with schedule when I need them to be due to out of town guests or parties. And the cleaning job is awesome! I would say this is as close as I'm going to get to having someone do as good a job as I would. The thing that inspired me to post a review after three years is that I just went to feed my dogs and I found that the team member who cleaned my house not only filled my dogs water dish yesterday, but she washed it first. Not only is she an amazing cleaner. But she is sweet to the dogs and ever so polite to me. I can't recommend them enough! Brevard Home Cleaning was a great find!

On their first visit, the team (of 3? 4?) taped a full 8 hours. They even pulled out our appliances (refrigerator, washer, dryer) and cleaned behind them. When they were done, the house (3,600 sq. Feet) was cleaner than it has EVER been before. Now, a team of 2 come out every other week, and do a full cleaning of our house in 2 - 3 hours. Highly recommended!

I booked 321 Maids for a move-out cleaning totaling $436 because I needed the home cleaned to…read moremove-out standards and wanted to protect my security deposit. I specifically explained how important it was for me to get my deposit back and even asked the cleaner to please try her best because of how stressful the move-out process already was. Unfortunately, after the cleaning was completed, I found multiple areas throughout the home that were still incomplete, including buildup in the shower, dirt/debris in the refrigerator area, dirty baseboards and corners, areas that were not properly vacuumed, a toilet bowl that was still dirty, and a microwave that had not been properly wiped down. Kitchen surfaces and detailing also did not appear cleaned to the standard advertised in their move-out cleaning checklist. I've attached photos for reference. I contacted the company immediately and provided documentation. While they did attempt to send the cleaner back, I had already informed both the office and the cleaner that I had a strict deadline to return the keys to avoid additional move-out charges. The cleaner ultimately arrived after that timeframe, and I could not remain at the property longer due to my lease obligations. I also still had to complete additional cleaning myself afterward. I also want to clarify that I never confirmed the issues were fully resolved. I communicated multiple remaining concerns and had already informed both the office and the cleaner that I had a strict move-out deadline to return the keys. Because the cleaner arrived after that timeframe, I could not remain at the property long enough to reinspect or wait for additional cleaning to be completed. I appreciate that they initially responded and offered a 20% refund, but I personally did not feel that adequately reflected the extent of the incomplete work documented immediately after the service. After I continued attempting to discuss the matter and explain my concerns, communication eventually stopped. I would strongly recommend future customers thoroughly inspect the property before assuming a move-out clean has been fully completed.

AVOID 321 MAIDS AT ALL COSTS!!…read more I don't know what they did for 8 hours but it sure wasn't cleaning. They offered to "touch up" Monday but it's too late. This is not a touch up.it looks like they grabbed a paper towel and wiped some surfaces and poorly at that. I now have to clean everything myself before unloading my truck. They are now unresponsive and refuse to refund almost 500 dollars or services not rendered. Bathrooms, toilets, fans, windows and window sills, cobwebs, distugusting tile. All dirty. Noticed they left the freezer stayed open and leaked everywhere. Update: I poured a little bit of odoban on one section and dried it up with a paper and you could see a night and day difference in the floor. Emailed this with no response. Good evening, I have communicated many pictures and texts regarding the services I paid for. 1. Services requested and paid for: Deep Cleaning Move in. Including windows. I am demanding a full refund due to the following. Floors are disgusting. I passed over one area with odoban and the difference was notably night and day. The mop was disgusting. This clearly indicates the floor was either not cleaned or cleaned properly. Not constituting a "deep clean". Freezer door left open and leaking all over floor. Oven not cleaned. A paper towel removed the grime from the oven door. Window sills dusty. Clearly showing not even a cloth was passed. Ceiling fans dusty Bathrooms and toilets dirty. Bathroom tiles disgusting. Both toilets have rings which shows they were not cleaned. One toilet has some blue gunk on the inside that not even flushes help remove. Cobb webs under cabinets and behind toilet Refrigerator has filth around the door It is obvious the house was not cleaned much less "deep cleaned". Especially considering that this was a move in clean, I should have been able to unload my truck directly into the house. Instead, I had to purchase cleaning supplies, stop my move in process and spend hours cleaning the home to be able to move in. This in turn has also cost me an extra day with moving equipment as I was unable to unload into a professionally cleaned home. Not only has your company cost me extra time but also extra money, effort and an enormous amount of stress thus impacting my mental health. Having a maid come back AFTER a move in has already occurred completely defeats the purpose of paying nearly $500 in move in deep cleaning services. I was only contacted once in the morning and once after you supposedly cleaned. Your company did not provide any feedback if any issues arose. I expect a full refund as the services were not performed. I have provided many pictures via text. If a refund is not provided, I fully intend to submit this letter along with pictures to my credit card company for dispute and continue to take to court. This was by far the most unprofessional service received. Your company even stopped responding to my messages. @321maids #spacecoast #cocoabeach #daytonabeach #daytona #orlando #merritisland #viera #airbnb #homecleaning #centralfl #volusiacounty #brevardcounty #orangecounty @321-maids.com

(Hint, hint to the other "guys"....) After booking online, I realized that I needed to reschedule and was pleased to find an EASY way to re-schedule my cleaning in my confirmation email. Again, all. online. The day of, I forgot to call my gatehouse to let them know that we'd be expecting the maid. Security ended up denying her entry, and I promptly received a call from a gentleman who I now assume to be Gus (co-owner). He let me know what had happened and requested that I call the gatehouse, assuring me that he'd get in touch with the maid in the meantime. She arrived at our door shortly after, right at the scheduled time, and made our disaster-of-a-house beautiful again. I highly, highly, highly recommend U.S. Cleaning Service.

I was quoted that it would only take 2 1/2 hours. Well it was explained later after the appointment was made that they couldn't do blinds that have to be accessed on a ladder. If the blinds can be reached with a 2 step step stool that wouldn't be a problem. But with 7 of my blinds going up the stairs they would be unable to clean them. No worries. It should cut the time of cleaning the home now to less than 2&1/2 hours. Well they called and said they needed an extra half hour. So I agreed. However According to the company they clocked in at 1259 when they didn't walk through my door till 1:10. Then they left at 3:50. So in reality they were in my home for 2 hours and 40 minutes but was charged for three hours. When I called the company why the time discrepancy all they said was sorry and didn't adjust their time. They cleaned the baseboards that were visible but not behind furniture. And the cabinets were not polish just wiped down with a rag. If you hire this company make sure that the time the employees clock in is the same time they start working. 7/25 just read that Gus reached out to me to resolve any issues I had. Absolute chaos. The entire process of them cutting my tree down was chaotic and far from OSHA…read moreapproved. When they arrived, they seemed like they knew what they were doing. The main guy cutting the tree stated he had gone to school for cutting trees, and unfortunately, I believed him. He quoted me a fair price, we agreed on the price, and then he started cutting smaller branches. The first day they brought no equipment and a small trailer, but I wasn't expecting them to really work that day, so it was fine. The following day, I assumed they would have brought plenty of equipment and a bigger trailer (to haul away the tree), but no, they came with two chainsaws and an even smaller trailer. This day was horrible and almost immediately I realized they had no idea what they were doing. After letting a branch fall and slam into my window, they decided to put plywood in front of the window, but not even covering the whole window, just the middle section. Another branch fell and slammed onto my driveway and all he could say was "Well good thing that didn't crack the concrete," and proceeded to laugh. He had absolutely no plan. He was just hoping nothing got too broken in the process. Another huge branch almost landed on my house and the one next to it almost took out my neighbor's fence and house. One of the last branches they cut down pulled down a communications line that was hanging over my sidewalk. The two workers not cutting the tree did apologize profusely, which I do appreciate, however the guy cutting the branch should have apologized. The following day they then proceeded to tell me that the branch hanging over the line was my fault and should have been taken care of previously. Like why do they think I called them? They are supposed to be the professionals who were able to correctly handle that situation. The main guy cutting the tree down was very unprofessional. He was yelling profanity and yelling at the other two workers the majority of the time. He never owned up to any mistakes nor did he apologize for anything at all. He was the one cutting the branches so you would assume he would apologize. They then realized that the dump was closed on that Friday, which I thought they already knew since it was a holiday. It didn't make that much of a difference; I was just tired of them being at my house. So, they said they would be back at 8:30am Saturday. It was getting close to noon, and I still hadn't heard from them. I messaged them around 11:18 and they didn't get back to me until 12:20. I asked if they had heard anything about getting the line on the ground put back up. They said they "have a guy" that would get it done by 5pm that day. Whoever's line it is must put it back up, so I had to call FPL and dealt with it myself because I didn't trust them. The third day they still brought their smallest trailer, even after claiming they have a much larger one, so it took them 3-4 trips to the dump. While the two workers filled the trailer, the main guy started trimming my hedges, which I never asked for, we briefly talked about it for if he were to mow my lawn in the future. I thought he was being nice to make up for pulling a line down or hitting my window, but no. They charged me for trim hedging and then didn't even pick up the branches in the backyard. He also cut off two branches on another tree I had and proceeded to charge me $60, again without first stating it would cost extra. So after all that, he hands me my bill and says "we bit off way more than we could chew with this job." We originally agreed on a price and the total he gave me was almost $200 over what we agreed on. Not only did he charge me for 2 things I didn't ask for, he charged me tax! Like are you kidding. Services do not get taxed. And even so, in Florida, sales tax is 6%, not the 7.5% that he charged me. This is the worst experience I could have asked for. Avoid hiring this "company" at all costs.
