Honestly, we feel the communication from the listing agent could have been a lot better. We actually talked and saw the buyer's agent for our home more than the listing agent. We only talked a couple times to the broker, last minute right before closing. The transaction manager was last minute on everything and when I asked her to double check the payoff amount on our settlement agreement, she suggested I make the call to my mortgage company myself, even when the payoff was pulled a month earlier by the title company. Ceiling leaked terribly. How could they not know?? (Dumb us used their inspector...yes, we learned a good lesson.) Two months after moving in the bathroom upstairs leaked and it "rained" downstairs in the kitchen and dining room. The ceiling immediately turned brown. Plumber friend said someone probably Kilzed over a previously brown ceiling due to this leak happening before. The new plumber didn't fix correctly and eventually the ceiling fell.
