Our experience with this property management company has been extremely frustrating, mainly because…read moreof the lack of communication, accountability, and follow-through. From the day we moved in, there were bricks and 2x4s left in the flower bed that should have been cleaned up by the builder or caught by management before the property was handed over. We later learned that the sod was already in poor condition before it was installed, yet it was still used, reportedly because it was significantly cheaper, and then the responsibility of maintaining it was left to the tenants. We submitted a work order for the side yard when we moved in, and now over a month later, it is still essentially a muddy, unusable mess. We've repeatedly asked for updates and still can't get a clear answer. I understand that some of these issues involve the builder, but our frustration is with property management because they are responsible for managing the property and our experience as tenants. If they're waiting on the builder, communicate that. Follow up with them. Advocate for the residents. Instead, we've had to repeatedly chase management for answers and have even been given incorrect information that was later contradicted by the builder. Meanwhile, we're watching new plots being actively built across the street while issues in the homes people already live in are being neglected. We don't expect management to magically control the builder, but we do expect them to communicate, follow through, and actually take ownership of problems that were reported when we moved in. At this point, it feels like getting people into new homes is the priority, while current residents are an afterthought. If you're considering renting from them, I'd strongly recommend asking how they handle maintenance and builder-related issues after you've signed the lease.

The other two responded back via email asking to set up some time to chat on the phone. Being a working mom of three littles, I am all about convenience. We've never owned a home before so he taught us all the things and really shared in our excitement with us. Over the next couple of days we hit the ground running. He quickly got showings set up. He's all about making sure you don't have to go see a million homes before finding the one. He'll get all the comps and details beforehand so if there are red flags, you can avoid that showing. Once we found the one (only took a week and two showings) he quickly got the offer submitted and really guided us through negotiations too. Everything went so smooth. Couldn't recommend Brad and Rachel enough!

Melissa is experienced and moves quickly through the process--she was never the hold up. She's excellent at communicating, answers dumb questions, and she processes most forms online so we only had to go to a formal signing once. She knows the best in the business and our inspection was way more thorough than any of our friends with other realtors. I credit Barnett Real Estate with that because they helped us hire him. Our selling process was just as smooth and any pauses were clearly communicated without us asking "we're waiting on X for Y." As I've listened to friends and family talk about their realtor processes, I've realized that we had none of the issues they talk about. Sierra has helped us purchase 2 properties in OKC over the last year and both have met and exceeded our expectations. Since those purchases, she continues to updates us with things happening in the area, potential opportunities, and goes above and beyond - even though the deals are done - when issues arise locally. I've since worked with dozens of other agents in different markets and very few rival the personalized, professional, and awesome experience that Sierra provides. Going into this process I knew I wanted a home that would be a forever property I could eventually use as an investment property. That meant we needed to find a property that would financially make sense for me now and for my future. Erica listened to what I wanted and her delivery of information was straightforward. She laid out the pros, the cons and strategies to help me make the most informed decisions that lead to me getting the property I truly wanted. As a first time home buyer I wasn't sure about all the questions I should be asking, but having worked with first time home buyers in the past, Erica knew exactly how to present the information so that I would have all the knowledge I didn't even know I needed. She was unbelievably hardworking and available always. Erica was proactive in providing me with the information I needed, but also with her perspective since she never lost sight of my goals for the property I wanted. She treated every situation like she was purchasing the property and she looked out for my best interests. Erica was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat.
