We were told that we would be able to move in May 1st. After constant contact we were ready to move in and went by the property to check some things out and found a person already in the home. Come to find out, Collin missed a detail that if we wanted to move in to put a small down payment. Had he communicated that with us we would have been in this home my whole family was so excited for. I dont know how after being in communication literally everyday, that he managed to not remember this tiny detail. We called and talked to Edward who explained and apologized for Collin s mistake. He shouldn't have to do that. I believe that Collin should have a little constructive criticism and maybe go through a slight training session to freshen up on his realty profession. If you or anyone you know decides to use Scissortail i would advise going straight through Edward and avoid Collin until he brushes up on his profession.
