Long story short, we do not recommend their photo booth service because the services agreed upon…read morewere not delivered and the attendant had difficulty re-setting it up -- We were excited about having a photobooth for our wedding and for our guest to leave the night with prints as a small wedding favor. We went with draft horse's photobooth because of their packages/prices and prompt responses. However, our wedding was on 10/20/23 and there was a big issue with the photobooth where prints were not available to our guests all night. Ryan and whoever runs their Facebook messenger confirmed twice that prints would be available to our guests... After speaking with Ryan on 10/24 about the issues, he promised a $100 refund and to mail us the prints of pictures our guests took as a way for us to give to our friends and family. We did eventually receive the $100... but have yet to receive our prints, despite Ryan claiming he mailed them the day we first spoke and a month later saying he'd mail them out the next day with tracking info -- we have not received a response from Ryan again. It is sad and frustrating because we really did only get a photobooth so that our guest can have that physical memory. We appreciate the attempt to make things right but services agreed upon were not delivered.

They served different types of beers, champagne, and his (rum and coke) & her (vodka cranberry) drink! They even added the lime to the cup as we requested. Before the event, they were accommodating and would answer our calls and emails quickly. I don't think I heard a single complaint about the drinks, which was nice to have for our event! I forget the woman who served our event but she was very nice. They arrived on time and helped set up promptly and it was nice, as a wedding is a stressful day that they didn't add stress prior to the ceremony! Also, now that I think about it there was never a line at the bar which was super nice. We had 60 guests and 1 bartender. A couple of things I would have clarified for next time would have been for the bartender to not be on her phone during the event or step aside if it was needed, it just wasn't the most professional as I would have preferred but that is very nitpicky. The other thing we didn't clarify was when you came from the ceremony to the reception you saw fully behind the bar and it wasn't the most aesthetic to see all the bottles and stuff out. I wish I would've thought of that before but honestly, they served our event well and would recommend them.
