Right before of close of business, THE DAY BEFORE before our event, our team decided we short 10 tables. Details: Scrambling I started calling companies, the two companies I reached before close of business, made me feel like we were more of a bother than it was worth. Desperate, I continued calling well after 5, leaving messages hoping they would respond first thing in the morning. Well after close of business day, I actually got a LIVE person, it was one of the owners from Tucson Event Rentals! He assured me, his company would take care of us and they did! 6AM they arrived at our location doing exactly as promised!!! AND, at a very fair price! You have to ask yourself, IF a company is going to scramble for a little order like ours, what will they do for you?? The timely manner in which they responded, the professionalism in the way the conducted themselves and the over the top customer service was stellar!
