Come time for the special day, Roland and his photo booth set up went above and beyond our expectations! As soon as I (Melissa) arrived to the venue he gave me a welcoming and congratulatory hug and showed me how the set up was going, asked how I wanted things to look and so forth. During the reception he had things jammin' over in his corner! People were having the time of their lives and were showing off their photos with huge smiles on their faces all night. Not only did he print a copy for our guests to take home, he also printed a copy for them to add to a photo album they could sign for me and Caleb to keep, and we have already looked through it so many times since the wedding! I told Jeff that I was going forward and would be posting my deposit that day. Another person apparently was not told this information and did their online deposit an hour prior to my deposit. When I received an email saying my deposit was taken and then another stating I had been issued a refund, I immediately tried to reach the company. I had to call again the next day only to be told that my booking was bumped because they got another one just before mine. If I had not followed up and paid my deposit that same day, I feel it would have been fair to give away our date. Not cool to talk to me to confirm and then take a deposit from another customer 2 hours later! Bad business practice. Enjoyed them the first time but they have now lost a satisfied customer who would have referred them many clients.

Right before of close of business, THE DAY BEFORE before our event, our team decided we short 10 tables. Details: Scrambling I started calling companies, the two companies I reached before close of business, made me feel like we were more of a bother than it was worth. Desperate, I continued calling well after 5, leaving messages hoping they would respond first thing in the morning. Well after close of business day, I actually got a LIVE person, it was one of the owners from Tucson Event Rentals! He assured me, his company would take care of us and they did! 6AM they arrived at our location doing exactly as promised!!! AND, at a very fair price!
