We chose Roland because he had rave reviews, fun photos for us to look through and a wide variety of backgrounds and props, not to mention a great price! Come time for the special day, Roland and his photo booth set up went above and beyond our expectations! As soon as I (Melissa) arrived to the venue he gave me a welcoming and congratulatory hug and showed me how the set up was going, asked how I wanted things to look and so forth. During the reception he had things jammin' over in his corner! People were having the time of their lives and were showing off their photos with huge smiles on their faces all night. Not only did he print a copy for our guests to take home, he also printed a copy for them to add to a photo album they could sign for me and Caleb to keep, and we have already looked through it so many times since the wedding! Another thing I (Melissa) was particularly grateful for and impressed by, was at the end of the night I didn't realize he was getting ready to go and I had only gotten one photo with Caleb. So he actually opened his computer back up so that Caleb and I could get a few extra shots in. I was planning on being a repeat customer. After contacting the office to get a clear date and…read morepricing, I received a follow up call asking if I was going forward with the booking. I told Jeff that I was going forward and would be posting my deposit that day. Another person apparently was not told this information and did their online deposit an hour prior to my deposit. When I received an email saying my deposit was taken and then another stating I had been issued a refund, I immediately tried to reach the company. I had to call again the next day only to be told that my booking was bumped because they got another one just before mine. If I had not followed up and paid my deposit that same day, I feel it would have been fair to give away our date. Not cool to talk to me to confirm and then take a deposit from another customer 2 hours later! Bad business practice. Enjoyed them the first time but they have now lost a satisfied customer who would have referred them many clients.
