Wow. We were married…read moreMarch 2nd at the Desert Botanical Gardens in Phoenix, AZ. DJ Andrew met with us before the wedding to discuss the music selections. As neither my bride or I are what you would consider wedding experts we were not particularly confident in what we wanted. We met with Andrew a few weeks before the wedding and he immediately put us at ease. His caring, professional manner made us feel that he truly cared and (thankfully) removed some of the stress of planning a wedding. We were a little vague about what music we wanted and when we wanted that music played but Andrew asked a series of probing questions and filled out the details. We were not disappointed; his selection of music, the timing, it was like he knew exactly what we wanted before we did. From the ceremony to the reception, it could not have been any more perfect. The reception really allowed DJ Andrew to shine. His manner and tone of voice really allowed the reception to flow as he confidently directed the reception through the bridal party entrance, to the first dance, to the multiple games we played. I fielded multiple remarks from our guests about how great he was. Even our caterer asked us where we found him and requested that we give them his name and number so that they could try to use him in the future for their own needs. That's how good he is. The dance floor was full at all times. I've never seen anything like it. He managed to play just the right mix of music to keep the energy up and even some of the older grandparents got into the mix of things and danced as well. His flexibility is shown when one of my guests asked me to have Andrew play some country music (not my preferred style but to make my guests happy I acquiesced) and DJ Andrew immediately blended the music right in, seamlessly. DJ Andrew made this a night to remember forever. Words cannot express my gratitude. This is more than just a job for DJ Andrew. He enjoys his work and it shows. I would not even consider using anyone else and would most definitely use Muse entertainment and DJ Andrew again in the future should I have an event come up. Andrew! You are amazing!…read more We got married on August 29th at the Stillwell House downtown. We had interviewed several DJs before Andrew, none of whom really seemed to understand the eclectic and pretty much all over the place music selection we had in mind. We met Andrew at a coffee shop one night. Now, we wanted December 1963 to be our first dance (you know, the Frankie Valli one). The DJ we had met with just earlier that day said she knew the song, and then asked me how it went and who it was by. My exact words to Andrew were, "We were thinking for the first dance December 1963. It's by Frankie Valli." Andrew responded with "Yeah it is!" and proceeded to sing it, while dancing, in the coffee shop. This is the moment I knew it was meant to be! Andrew was open to our changes up until, like 16 hours before the wedding. Not that he became not ok with them. We added stuff to the toasts during the toasts and he was awesome! But we made changes to our playlist until hours before and he just snapped his fingers (I think...we told him over the phone so I don't know for sure), and it was done! He listened to everything we wanted, and came up with some great suggestions too! We wanted old timey music when people were entering (think Oh Brother! Where Art Thou), my bridal party was going to walk down to Bruno Mars, I walked down the aisle to Train, we all walked back up to Pharell, we wanted Reggae, Jaco Pastorius, heavy metal, bluegrass, '50s, 60's, Disney, contemporary and jazz played during dinner, we were "introduced" to our guests to The Beatles, our first dance was Frankie Valli, my father and I did our father-daughter dance to Zydeco, had progressing dance music (starting with the '50s going up to present day in chronological order) for the actual dancing part of things, and, finally, our last dance was Frankie Valli. None of this phased Andrew even a little bit. He was able to change things as we went, and we felt like he truly, really listened and understood what it was we wanted. Andrew really made our wedding a special event, and helped us create a beautiful memory that we get to hold onto forever.

They were very willing to work with us and make our vision a reality. Cannot wait to see full gallery and wedding video. Could not recommend enough.

First, the quality of the photos was so bad, we paid a different professional photographer to edit…read morethem. He sent us a long list of things that were done wrong. Jordan shot the entire wedding on 24mm and 85mm fixed focal length lenses, so the photos are all either too wide or too tight. The photographer who edited them said he never heard of anyone shooting a wedding with those lenses. Standard wedding photographers use 24-70mm and 70 -200mm lenses giving them a total range between 24-200 mm. Jordan didn't frame any of the photos correctly. He left huge amounts of empty space at the top of every image while cutting people in half. He shot everything very dark and exposed everything for the background instead of the subject, which is how you take landscape photos. He didn't cull the images. He just dumped everything in a gallery. He didn't crop any of them. The edits were terrible. They felt very gray and the skin tones were wrong. They were grainy because he maximized the contrast on every photo. He did not edit the subject and the background separately. He applied one edit to the entire photo. He shot nothing but the back of peoples heads during the reception. He didn't use any off camera flash even though it was an outdoor nighttime reception, Second, he didn't take any close up photos during the ceremony or our first dance. There are no photos of us putting rings on each other's fingers. There are no photos that show how we looked at each other during the ceremony or our first dance. The ceremony photos are wide shots taken from behind our guests. The first dance photos feel like snap shots taken by guests. Third, he failed to photograph so many things. He didn't take photos of our guests during dinner. Every wedding photographer does that. We had a javelina theme. Metal javelinas on the guest tables, vases full of string lights with javelina silhouettes on them for centerpieces, javelina towels in the bathroom and kitchen, etc. He didn't photograph any of that. We were blending families. We had 4 separate cakes with each member of the family choosing a filling and flower color. We talked about the significance during our toast and made cute little signs that listed the type of cake and who picked it that sat on a buffet table with the cake slices. He didn't photograph those. Before you hire Jordan, ask him to show you the full 773 photo gallery he gave Lisa and Julian of their wedding on 9/27/25. If he stands by his work, he will show it to you and you can decide for yourself. Personally, I am devastated. This was an extremely important once in a lifetime event that we can never recreate. Photos are very important to me. I take a million photos and display them throughout my house. My wedding photos literally make me cry.
