Currently I am using a cane and rollator. Dr. David views me as a challenge, but he's keeping me out of a wheelchair. He is always upbeat and optimistic.

At first I looked at it as a COST. But his office works with you to make the plan affordable. I soon realized that this was the best, least expensive way to live in health. Later, when my MD blew me off when I told her I wanted/needed specialized dietary/allergy testing, Dr. Aker lead the way. This has improved my life beyond my wildest dreams. Then he suggested that I needed orthotics. I resisted, feeling that seemed for "old" people, not me. Once I eased into the idea, his state of the art specialized testing is FAR ahead of the foot-in-the-mold method. Now I do not go a day without my orthotics and they have changed my whole body. If you ever have frustration with the traditional care but continue to have problems, I urge you to consider this gifted, caring Dr. He has changed my life forever and I enter retirement strong and well. Thank you! and Happy 35th Anniversary 11/7/16!

I called on a Monday, and he graciously fit me in on Tuesday due to my urgency, and I had a 20% recovery. I was giddy because I saw that I was on my way to a fully erect walking (briskly) recovery when, before, it felt like I was heading towards a wheelchair. The office is warm and friendly and Mylisa, at the front desk, is a sweetheart. BTW, If you need nutritional counseling he offers that also.
