I highly recommend the Ellsworth Back in Balance facility for its flexibility and accommodation in…read moreworking with my numerous referrals through the VA and Veterans Choice for over three years. Their front desk team has been instrumental in helping me process my referrals and then schedule my multiple appointments. They are also a reliable, flexible, and reassuring point of contact, especially when I need to reschedule, am running late, or being caught in traffic, making my experience stress-free. Regarding Dr. David, he is awesome. He is a very personable yet professional chiropractor. I look forward to each visit and walk out with less pain. I have Primary Progressive Multiple Sclerosis, Osteoarthritis, Degenerative Disc Disease, and numerous other physical issues. Dr. David views me as a challenge, but he's keeping me out of a wheelchair. He is always upbeat and optimistic. Disclaimer: Dr. David and I grew up in the Buffalo, NY, area, so we always chat about the Buffalo Bills and the city of Buffalo. One of our conversations near Christmas 2021 led to food, and we talked about Cuccidati, Italian fig cookies usually served during Christmas. Sure enough, he later presented me with some Cuccidati he had received! What‽ A significant back adjustment AND dessert!!

I had to stop in and explain that they had probably billed the insurance Co. I had last year and not my new insurance Co. That I had given them at the beginning of the year. I haven't heard anything since. Sorry too much like a production line for me.

I am now 72 and have gone to at least 12 Chiropractors. 3 were BAD, 6 were good, 1 was very good, and the last 2 were EXALENT and they are the first one I went to and the last one which is Orno Chiropractic. The first Chiropractor has at least retired by now. Orno Chiropractic is great. Grate front desk. Awesome doctors who adjust you from head to toe. They have exercises you can get to help yourself, the web site is informative. PAIN! If you have pain you want to get rid of it! If you have pain in your back and your doctor can't help you may have something that needs to be moved back to where it belongs. It may hurt but a Chiropractor can fix it.

The use of an actuator repeatedly on both sides of my neck was extremely painful and was akin to being hit repeatedly with a ball point hammer at close range . I'm going to suggest that if you go there and anyone attempts to use an ACTUATOR on any part of your body other than your spine that you end the visit . I seriously doubt the Dr was trained on proper use of that actuator . No kidding - it's a BIG deal .
