Cons: -No AC. Brutal when hot outside. -Dated appearance. Renovation would benefit the property. -Not entirely clean. Mostly set up for a 1-2 person cook. Good location is about all it has and you'll pay a hefty price to put up with the other things so I hate to say it but it's a no for me... I don't rate low very often but this is a tough one...
