The set up a second appointment for anytime on 4/4/26, but Fast Response was a no call/no show. I talked to 2 supervisors on 4/6/26 and both wanted to schedule a 4/7/26 appointment, which I agreed to even thought it meant taking more time off work. They didn't show up again, but Bill (Central Ohio Supervisor) called at 7pm to berate me for scheduling an appointment for AC when it was 45 degrees outside. I corrected and stated that it was 80 the first two times I had an appointment and this was their fault. He was very disrespectful and rescheduled, for the 4th appointment on Sunday 4/12/26. After sending multiple texts, and then calling Bill on Sunday 4/12 from a new phone number he answered and admitted he was never planning to come out, so would have been another no call/no show had we not tricked him into answering his phone. He said he would send someone out tomorrow. For the 5th appointment, a tech showed up, an hour late and made a very simple fix. You cannot count on this company. They have the worst customer service I've ever dealt with and I can't wait to be done with them after my service contract with them expires in August 2027.
