In fact I was so impressed that I called them to remove an old refrigerator, a wardrobe and a couple of smaller items. The girl I spoke to was really polite and answered all my questions and generally had no problems booking a junk removal. If I have to describe my experience with this company in a word it would be brilliant. The employees really knew what they were doing and wasted absolutely no time in other activities. They were also very careful not to damage anything. They delivered the all-round clearance service that I was hoping for.

After taking a video survey via an app giving all the details on the property including floor of…read morethe pick up property, I was given a quote of £75/hour for 3 men with a van. I would have expected a total of £300, make it £400 if I had been really unlucky. It ended up being a £858 rip off. They told me only on arrival there was a lift fee and flight of stairs fee that they never mentioned to me. The icing on the cake was to pay £75/hour rather than £65 to get 3 men rather than two and finding out that there was an extra fee also for the driver to lift a finger rather than sitting in the van for several hours while I was paying for his time. The driver is the one in charge of the payment. He was beyond rude, his attitude was literary threatening and I found it even intimidating being a woman on my own. They arrived 30 minutes before the booked slot, drive around for 10 mins wasting time before calling me and then charged me 4 hours for an effective 3 hours and 5 mins of work. They also broke all my prosecco glasses and lost one low cost item. When I called them to report all this I got the most patronising and unhelpful behaviour from the customer service. I asked for the supervisor and I was told I was talking to him already. Shocking is all I can say.
