Received a fast, prompt reply to my request, scheduled to pick up my piano the next day from the previous location, and moved it to the new location. Was on time, had it loaded in 10-15 minutes, and was off to the next location. Drop off was fast and efficient. You can tell that they have been doing this a very long time and did not outsource their work to "teams" who do bulk moving like I have seen others do. Once completed, provided some instructions on how to care for the piano, some things to do and not to do, and proved some contact information for someone to tune or provide any repairs. They also happened to be the cheapest quote I received and delivered it the fastest. Now, there are some things that some people will need to consider. Professional... yes. Fast and efficient... yes. The piano has been amazing and a huge upgrade from the upright we have. Also, I've had Matthew take care of piano tunings as well and he arranges his tuner to come out and tune our pianos. On top of all that, we recently wanted to add a MIDI system where our kids could use their iPad piano apps (Piano Marvel and Simply Piano) with our pianos and Matthew was able to take care of the entire process - from order the parts all the way to installing the system.
