The class is a combination of cardio (assault bikes, rowers, tru form treadmills) and strength exercises (TRX, dumbbells, TRX, body weight). If you like a fast paced workout that will always leave you drenched with sweat, you'll love the BX classes! However, I was inspired to write this review as a word of caution. This class is NOT for beginners! Of course everyone can go at their own speed, use light weights, etc.... but if you don't have at least basic knowledge of common movements and some prior cardio experience, this is going to be too much to just waltz into. I have personally witnessed someone inexperienced with this style of class come in for their first visit and have to leave halfway through the class because you really can't just jump right into something of this level. But if you walk in prepared and you know what you're getting into, you'll really enjoy yourself!

I joined Brick eight months ago and have seen great improvements. I've been part of many CrossFit gyms around the country and Brick is certainly one of the very best. The coaches actually coach, correct, instruct and encourage you. They even pointed out how poor my flexibility was and showed me stretches to do. My form is just as good if not better than it was during my peak CrossFit days. Working on strength and endurance still but having great time doing it. Highly recommend.

I attended my first beginner's class in December 2023 (it's now August 2024 when I'm writing this review), and I was probably in the worst shape of my life when I began. I blame Covid/changing to a WFH job/30's metabolism changes blah blah blah, but whatever. I was happy to keep blaming my excuses. And I was so nervous to take a class and move my body in front of other people... I had literally never taken an exercise class of any kind before. But when I say that first class was the most welcoming, encouraging, fun, and yes-HARD-experience I've ever had... I mean it. It was the perfect balance of everything I needed to get me to come back. I've never enjoyed exercising, it's always been something I dread. But Rashad and Crystal know what they're doing, and they genuinely want to help you feel stronger in your body. I never feel uncomfortable or self-conscious in any way in their classes, only encouraged and motivated. I've now lost 23 pounds (!) in the past 8 months (also with the help of a calorie deficit I started 3 months ago), and I feel actual muscle and strength that I've never felt before in my life, even at my "thinnest." I'm now straight up addicted to these classes. I will only miss one if life requires me to, and I feel genuinely upset when I do! They have been such a game changer for my mental health, too. Whatever your goals are -- weight loss, cardio and strengthening , stress release, or just a killer workout with an amazing community -- you'll find it here. I feel so blessed to have found them. I found them years ago and I've been coming for probably eight years?! Now though I moved out of the area I still deal with the drive just for them because there's really no place better and no community better than Foxy And Fierce! Never felt stronger, thanks y'all!

I go to almost all of the morning classes, and I have experienced the best workouts! All of the instructors are super cool, and they will always make sure your form is proper & the moves feel right for you. Plus there is a variety of classes to choose from. We liked the workout but Bryna's recruitment technique is aggressive and I don't think she realizes fit club is her life, not everyone else's. She texts you, emails you and expects you to book your classes a week in advance and is adamant and rude about it by challenging your discipline-character. I really don't know what days exactly I can work out and the exact time next week!!! And, if you don't make it to a workout she texts you to tell you to bring her $10.00 cash penalty per no-show (yes, on top of the monthly fee!!!) I don't think she realizes people have lives, children and businesses and that her class is not our TOP priorities. She's also been a bit rude to my girlfriend. Again, her workouts are good but this is WAY TOO HIGH MAINTENANCE program, too laborious to say the least.. I loathe gyms which is why I went to fit club and decided to try Crunch Gym right across the street. They have 130 various classes a week..basically one starting every hour and no one is hovering you like at fit club..for 50$ a month. Free parking for 2.5 hrs too.

I actually never thought in a million years I would see him in person at my gym, but there he was . He saw me using the app and came over and said hi. He told me he still trained at a gym under Sunset Towers and Sunset and offered a free couple sessions to help keep figure out my workout plan and path. I've been training with him for two years now and it's sometimes the singular thing I really can look forward To in a hard week . His app and his workouts are the best . I'm the leanest and strongest I've ever been and he has crafted me into my personal feminine ideal. I have my booty and my curves BUT not the unneeded body fat lol. Every session is different and we target different muscles and different ways to pinpoint them . He is very specific and detailed in my legs especially and knows every exercise in the world seemingly at this point . We laugh a lot and talk about just about anything - that helps me to be distracted through a lot of the strenuous stuff . It's like I've figured out my life and body at the same time haha Adam as many know requires accountability . On days we don't train I usually have assignments to do on my own . He either checks them on the app or in person by asking me for a text update . He also checks on my diet and nutrition weekly and at the start daily . He has instilled a level of confidence, discipline and pride that I never had before and it bleeds into everything I do, relationships and especially my business.      In the first two years I lost 20 pounds and had my body fat percent down to a consistent 13-14 on a hydrostatic from a high of 26 percent . The best part is I worked my ass off to get there BUT I maintained it for the next five years as almost an afterthought. Adam instilled the habits and kept on me to keep pushing through adversity and change in my personal life. He does my nutrition , programming and uses the app to make sure I do basically the same workouts we do, but on my own.      Adam also is known for checking in ..... A LOT!  Almost every day I hear from him . Maybe that's because we are basically family now, but he just cares so much and wants you to be your best you. It's cool, it's cool to have one person champion you so hard . I am so grateful to have found Adam , what seems like a lifetime ago
