They have raised it twice without notice, not a letter or a courtesy phone call. If you don't pay by noon on the first of the month, they lock your code out so you can't get in, in the middle of a business day. No calls. No service. Nothing. The facility's upkeep is phenomenal; everything is clean and tidy. No dead bugs! The air-conditioning really keeps your belongings from growing musty and warped in the South Texas heat. For $110 a month, I have my former apartment furniture sitting in luxury until I need them again. I'm sure there are cheaper storage places, but why trust your prized possessions to second-rate facilities? Just use Safeguard.
