Do not make your U Haul reservation here. They do not have any trucks even though the website allows you to rent a truck here. The website issue may be Uhaul's fault but the reason I'm leaving the review is for the absolutely horrible customer service I received. They received my reservation but did not notify me they would not be able to fulfill the order. When I tried to figure out that to do about my pre-paid reservation and asked why they did not notify me he was yelling at me while I was trying to talk to me and hung up on me multiple times. I never did get a resolution to my issue because of their horrible service. They did not care how much inconvenience and hardship this caused they just disconnected the phone. Used these guys twice in the last year for long distance moves. The previous manager, "Gus", who was a joy to work with has retired, but Rick and his son have continued the tradition of great customer service. Moving is stressful and these guys do all they can to make it easier. Good prices and great service!!! read more
