On the internet I read up on the basics of home buying, and I had a definite vision of the house I wanted to buy along with how it would work out with the short/long term goals of my personal life and career. Well, purchasing a home is not like going out and buying a motorcycle, a boat or a car, and my preconceived notions were brought into reality. Mostly because the 'perfect' house you are looking for exists in your mind whereas the homes you go out to look at probably need some remodeling to become your dream home. Denise is good in that she was very available to show me many different homes, she knows the Hemet real estate area/neighborhoods well (lives there), and she is very friendly and personable. I really liked the 'Home Estimates' she prepared for me on prospective homes as those estimates were clear and concise. Denise answered the different housing questions I brought up, and she made good suggestions not being pushy in the process. Denise's motto of 'Home Sweet Home' and 'Putting Heart Into Real Estate' is authentic as she cares about her clients and wants them to find their "Home Sweet Home". I am almost finished moving into my home. Overall, I got a good value for the price I paid. At the first, while fixing up things and moving stuff, it felt like my 'house'. But now as I near the completion process, it feels like "home"...my home, and I am liking it very much as I personalize it and enjoy my surroundings. So thank you very much Denise!...and I recommend her if you are looking to purchase a home around the Hemet area.

Highly Recommend Suzette!…read more Suzette is truly an exceptional realtor! She helped me purchase my new home, and I could not have asked for a smoother, more stress-free experience. She is based in the Menifee area but is very familiar with many cities throughout Southern California, which made finding the right home so easy. From start to finish, Suzette went above and beyond to make sure I got everything I needed. She stayed on top of the lenders and made sure communication was clear and timely. Whenever there was a hiccup near the end of the process, she immediately stepped in and had everything resolved within a couple of days. One thing I really appreciated was how easy she was to reach -- there was never a time I couldn't contact her. She always responded within minutes, providing complete and detailed answers so I never had to guess or feel confused. Her professionalism, knowledge, and clarity made the entire home-buying process feel simple and stress-free. Honestly, I don't think things would have gone nearly as smoothly if I had relied solely on the lender for my new build. Every time the lender lagged in communication, Suzette swooped in to advocate for me -- and they immediately responded. She truly looks out for her clients every step of the way. If you're looking to buy or sell a home in SoCal, I highly recommend Suzette. She's an absolute pro, and you'll be in excellent hands with her!

I was impressed with how she conducted herself - not pushy or overly aggressive to secure a listing. Rather she just took the time to let me get to know her and see if there was anything she could do for us if we were looking to sell. I told her we were not looking at this but maybe in the future. Over the years I watched her career grow in the local real estate market here in Orange County, Ca. I would see more and more listings with her name on them. She developed one of the best real estate agent websites I have found and she continued to close sale after sale to quickly become one of the areas best producing agents. Fast forward to 2018. With a new job and the need to relocate out of state, it was time to sell our house we had occupied for the last 14 years. Over the last 14 years a lot changed in the real estate market and we found ourselves feeling a bit lost and overwhelmed. We knew we had to do some upgrades to make our house more appealing, but struggled with exactly which ones to do. I decided to give Tracey a call to enlist her help in selling our home. Like the professional she is, she picked up the conversation right where we left off 7 years ago. She remembered my kids and if they accomplished the goals we spoke about back then. I filled her in on what had happened over that time and where we were now. We decided to secure Tracey's services and quickly got the ball rolling. Over a 2 month period Tracey and her team of Videographers, Staging consultants and Photographers helped get our house in shape to put on the market. She truly has a team of professionals that work as one unit to make the experience a simple and easy one. Throughout the entire time Tracey was always available to answer any question we had for her. She was always prompt and professional in her reply and often got us over our concerns and challenges we faced with selling a house and moving after 14 years. Long story short. It was the best experience I have ever had selling or buying a home. Tracey's market analysis and plan execution got us an offer the very first day it was listed and we closed with a final offer $30,000 over our asking price. It was like she was looking into a crystal ball the entire time. She know the best strategy, timing, everything. Now, there is no guarantee you will get $30,000 over your asking price...but if you want the best chance of doing so and want the best agent in Orange County, CA representing you...have Tracey be your agent. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Tracey!
