This story begins 7 years ago. One day Tracey knocked on my door to introduce herself as a new agent to the neighborhood. Tracey Fullenkamp and Diana are extremely professional, knowledgable, caring, and savvy realtors who go above and beyond to get you in the house that you want. We lived in a cute little cottage in Dana Point for over a decade and then we had our daughter, which prompted us to think about moving to a larger abode. On a whim, we attended an open house in Capo Beach and fell in love with the home. However, we did not have a realtor at the time nor was our house on the market.
