We moved into our house June 2025. We encountered an issue where our water completely cut off. We were unsure what had happened. We called this company to come and assess as the previous homeowners left the card there. Came out a few days later. we were without water for 3 days give or take. They came to the conclusion we needed an entirely new well drilled and that would be over $15,000. We had called another company for a 2nd opinion, and they previously did work here and they found the issue very quickly and when I advised them i was told by the first people that we needed a new well and the one we had was about to run dry.... The 2nd company came out the next day bright and early, replaced the issue which was the well pump, honored the previous owner's warranty and we have had water ever since, we have plenty of water. A company making to make a quick buck and GLADLY took my $200 service fee. I debated many of times to write this review but people need to be aware of WHO you are dealing with as a previous Renovation company owner. Honesty and quality work go along way in my book ESP being new to the area! The experienced was shared with our agent and they wont be referring their clients to this company for new installs or services calls. Do better!! It would be nice to be offered my money back; but losing $200 is better the us believing and spending $15,000 on a new well. However, $200 to many people/families is a make it or break it for some of them. read more

We originally had them come out to drain our septic. The gentleman was nice enough, but I did have to ask him to please put out his cigarette while he was speaking with me within 5 feet while I was holding my child at the time and eight month old. We decided to stick with them to repair an issue we were having, and that's when things went downhill Wildly inaccurate diagnosis and outrageously high estimate of an issue we were experiencing. Find them to have been inauthentic and not integral. After having TWO other companies come out and give diagnosis's and estimated THOUSANDS of dollars less than this company was estimating. The woman you deal with who is the bridge between the owner and the client is rude & rough. She was upset with us because we wanted to speak with Matt directly and not have to go through her each time. Understandably it is her job to communicate to Matthew for the client when it becomes an uncomfortable and unnecessary back and forth game of telephone your not doing your job to the best of your ability. read more

They were professional helpful and did a great job puting in our Septic and setting hookups for well. 10/10 would recommend.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They were dispatched to our residence for an emergency septic tank pumping that was needed post Hurricane Helene. They showed up, not actually IN a tanker truck like usual septic services, and pumped for maybe all of ten minutes at the absolute most. Odd, but okay. We also noticed that there was no smell at all while they were "pumping". Now, I've had a few septic tanks pumped out in my lifetime. It stinks. It stinks bad. So that was also very odd to me. After they claimed all was done, we paid the gentlemen more than a few hundred dollars for about ten minutes of work and they left. They claimed to have pumped 1000 gallons. How? The truck they were driving was a type of flatbed and was DEFINITELY not equipped to hold that much waste. So to the surprise of absolutely no one, the issues continued. We called in another, more reputable company whose owner came out and checked our system. He informed us that while they may have pumped some limited amount of water out, the actual septic waste hadn't been touched and the tank was still full. So...hundreds of dollars to do essentially nothing right on the heels of a catastrophic storm. Seems a bit like grifting to me. We called these folks back to inform them of what we had been told by the second company and the woman at the desk was shockingly rude, as well as flat out lying that SHE had spoken with the owner of the other company we had called in and "he told us everything was done correctly". We called him back and nope. He hadn't talked to them at all, much less to tell them they had done the job correctly. So...terrible business practices and complete deception all around with these people. Unfortunately it seems as though this company may be taking advantage of people in their community directly after a crippling natural disaster. Run far, far away folks. There are far better companies out there. This one will unfortunately take your money and lie right to your face. read more

The owner came out looking quite nasty. He looked at the system depth and, without giving consideration to the age of the system just said out of hand that the tank didn't meet the current standard because it was too deep and too close to the house by 2 feet. Never a word in the report that this might have been ok when the system was installed. Next, he said that the tank was too deep and because of that the tank couldn't be working right. Our neighbor's tank was 7 times deeper than ours and their inspection report was great! All that was needed was a tube between the surface and the top of the tank as needed. This guy never mentioned this. He also said that the fluid level was below what it should have been even though he knew that the tank had been partially pumped the day before. No, instead he said that the tank was bad because the level of fluids wasn't high enough. He also claimed that the lines were ABOVE the tank in a place where the dirt was pulled from to fill in a pool. Had that been the case, two things would have happened: 1, since water runs downhill, no drain fluids could have gotten to the field in the first place. Drain fields have to be below the tank for just this reason and 2, when you remove dirt from over a septic field, the field is exposed which it wasn't. Removing dirt to put somewhere else does not cause more dirt to go over the field. When I spoke to him about his report he said that he was just telling a he saw it. Well, gravity laws were working against the report. The tank has never been any problem and yet he recommended that a soil scientist and an environmental expert be called to determine repairs. What repairs?? The tank has never failed, the problems he legitimately found were easy fixes and of no real consequence to the function of the tank and he was backward on how water flows (not uphill), and taking soil from an area does not make that area have more dirt in it. Don't hire the company unless you want a groundless negative inspection that defies the laws of gravity. read more

Matthew was dispatched to our home to replace a broken water pump and did an excellent and prompt job!

Same day service. Came and pumped but left 12 inches of sludge. The man stated that our drain field is failing. He said washing machines pump more water than anything into the septic and said we could remove our drain pipe to the washer and let it flow on the grou. When I called to complain the lady at the office accused me of cussing at her. Was I upset? Yes I was. No it's not her fault my drain fieled is failing (if it even is). I felt I was over charged esp when my lines that were clear before are now backed up. Nothing was solved. I was told that I harassed the company which is confusing? Then was told "re-search the laws of leaving reviews ." I do not recommend this company for septic pumping. read more

These guys are AWESOME, and definitely number 1 in the number 2 business!!!! They came out after dark, on a SATURDAY, to pump our septic. Without them, our night would have been stinky! We are forever grateful!!! read more
