I purchased garden furniture from MW online on the third of April. I was given a tracking number and told my order was confirmed. The tracking number never worked. The courier company do not recognise the number. They were never given the items. The garden furniture did not arrive. 17 days later I eventually received a reply from MW to say my items were deemed 'lost'. I was asked if I would like a resend. I said yes. 3 days later and several emails from me, this person has also vanished. MW online has no customer service. 72 hours wait is understandable in Covid for general queries but blatently ignoring people who have paid for 20 days is not. read more
