This particular marina is horrible! It's run by a guy named Corey that manages the dry docks and…read moreslips. My boat has been at this Marina for a year in dry docks. They damaged my new wake boat several different times, each time I brought it to their attention. Corey threatened to kick me out of the marina stating my boat was too big. Yet he has other wake boats on there as well. They actually ripped a large hole in my $1,900 boat cover and refused to pay for a new one and again threatened to kick me out. As we know spaces are limited on Tellico lake. Well today I got a random call from Corey stating I need to pick up my boat immediately that it's just too big after a year. No notice, no 30 days, he gave me until the weekend to pick it up. Stated the boat will be in the water Saturday and they are done servicing me. It's important to note I paid to get my boat repainted and all the damage they caused at no charge to them! Apparently this marina has like 11 owners and no way to reach someone above him to complain to. Now I'm left scrambling to find a place to even store my boat in the middle of the summer. User be ware!

I, and my friends, came here to seek shelter during a hail and lightning storm by just pulling our boats under an empty boat slip. They came running down, called DNR, and kicked us out back into the storm. Not cool and a great way to lose more business when we were not hurting a thing. I would advise to not do business here. They may run you away anyway!

They do have carts if you have a lot of stuff. Easy check in and got me on my way in about 30 minutes total. We'll be back if we need a boat in the area.

The newly owned owners were amazing and were so welcoming it made our day start off even better then expected. The lake was really neat as we are not used to lake living but really enjoyed it. Myself and 2 girlfriends came for the 4th of july. We had…read moreso much fun . I even wore a mermaid tail just for kicks. The water was so refreshing . There were alot of people but hardly a weight. Once we signed the waivers, got out life jacket ( optional to wear ) The bus driver loaded us all up and dropped us off down stream. The little rapids ate just big enough for an afternoon full of laughs. Everyone was so nice, the water was clear , it was a great 4th of july .

We had a family reunion and family members rented about 5 boats. We had an 8 hr rental which was…read moreperfect so we could return it almost 2 hours before the deadline. We recommend that they put large trash bags in each boat. We had requested one while we were getting ready to take off in the river. Our other family members had nothing for garbage. So we were able to get off boat quicker to go find a restaurant. We wish there was a bar/restaurant tied to this marina for convenience of being able to get off the boat for lunch or hang around while waiting for others on the boat.
