We found Majestic Preparatory Academy and was amazed from day one! Teachers and staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They are always willing to spend the extra time needed with my child or to answer any questions we may have. Student to teacher ratio is 10 so the teachers have the ability to take care of individual students needs. My child not only caught up but exceeded his education requirements for the year! His confidence level increased 100%. They went on field trips and enjoyed many activities throughout the year. This place has been a blessing and we are looking forward to the summer program as well as a new school year in the fall.

If you have a concern it will not be addressed properly or professionally especially if you are not friends with the management. There is NO PROPER LATE POLICY and they can WITHDRAW YOUR CHILD FOR ANY REASON. THE TEACHERS EVEN COMPLAINED THAT MANAGEMENT DOES NOT COMMUNICATE WITH THEM. My child's teacher didn't even know she was withdrawn! Sandi Bryant, the director, and her superior regional director,Hope Anderson are two prejudice and lack luster employees of Cadence Education. I was running late on my birthday 10-24 and was called at 6:06pm by Sandi Bryant. I informed her of my location and that I would arrive shortly. She proceeds speaking to me in a condescending tone stating I need to call if I'm going to be late. I replied agreeing that if I were to be late again I would make sure to call. She responds frantically stating there may not be a next time because my child will be suspended. I asked her why would she be suspended when there's a late fee penalty of $1 per min. This was my 3rd time being late since august... her response was "this shouldn't have happened more than once!" If you are a working mother then you understand this happens occasionally and the last thing you need is a disgruntled employee taking their frustrations out on you because she has to stay late everyday. News flash‼ parents are late sometimes. We are in a populated area where traffic is extreme at times. Where is my grace as a parent?? Especially since I am going to be charged a fee anyway!!! I contacted HOPE ANDERSON who had zero urgency to even respond to my initial complaint. She did not respond UNTIL I THREATENED W/THE MEDIA. She was of no assistance and only further perpetuated the discrimination. She took the side of Sandi instead of actually investigating. I was told my child was withdrawn bc I had been late even though each occurrence was over 30 days from the last and because I had to be "called" for payments. There's no proof that they have EVER called due to a late payment especially when the TADPOLES app SENDS A PAYMENT REMINDER IN THE APP AUTOMATICALLY. Their policy states if no payment by Tuesday the child can not continue. My child NEVER missed a week. So how are those JUSTIFICATIONS for withdrawal?? THIS DAY CARE does NOT CARE ABOUT BLACK AND BROWN CHILDREN. I called CADENCE EDUCATION (headquarters)in Scottsdale's Arizona to make a complaint... No one answered from ANY DEPARTMENT nor did they return my messages. Here is proof that HOPE ANDERSON ONLY RESPONDED WHEN THREATENED WITH MEDIA ATTENTION.

I am going to rate this school a 2.5 out 5. First and foremost, the school academically wise is…read moreamazing but the issue there is their director Ms.Marchell Bowman, she is not a nice woman, she is the most greedy person I have ever seen in my life. She is an older black woman in her early 60's. The owners of this school is Andrew and Felicia Hines and it is such a shame that they have such a money hungry evil spirited woman as their face of this school. But best believe when they get involved in ANY situation MsMarchelle bowman calms down. We are a CAPS family, and my daughter attended this school for 94 days, during which we paid $4,756 out of pocket. One of my biggest concerns was that no one in the office was allowed to discuss financial matters except Ms. Marchelle Bowman, making it extremely difficult to get answers about billing, balances, or charges. Throughout our enrollment, the amounts due seemed to change frequently despite our CAPS assistance, and there were 3 instances where unexpected or unauthorized payments were processed, followed by demands for additional payments. Whenever I requested clarification, Ms. Bowman's tone often became hostile; she would raise her voice, state that she "doesn't repeat herself," and make it uncomfortable to ask questions. On New Year's Day alone, she left multiple voicemails demanding payment and warning that if payment was not made immediately, my daughter would have to be re-enrolled and all fees paid again. I also experienced ongoing issues obtaining an itemized ledger, despite repeated requests, and I have an extensive email trail documenting my efforts to understand the charges and payment history on my account. There appeared to be discrepancies in how payments were allocated, with parent payments and CAPS payments and random payments which were posted under ''misc'' not always being reflected accurately, balances constantly changing, and unexplained credits appearing without clear documentation. When I involved my accountant to review the records, multiple discrepancies were identified, yet instead of receiving clarification, I was met with resistance and hostility. Rather than providing transparent answers, Ms. Bowman often talked over me, became argumentative, and focused on her personal opinions instead of addressing the financial concerns being raised. Unfortunately, after these issues escalated, the tension seemed to affect other interactions at the school, making what should have been a positive experience for my daughter increasingly stressful for our family. My daughter went to their 3 year old program and their teacher was also fairly new, Ms.Keala and she is an older strict black woman whom at first I liked because these kids need a bit of firmness. Education and mannerism wise amazing. As time went on, I began to noticed my daughter no longer felt comfortable but more so scared. Ms.Keala has these huge round eyes and each time id drop off my daughter she would stare at her in a mean way -which my baby would hide behind my legs, as im encouraging her for the day and then she would say'' im just kidding goodmorning'' then my daughter would lighten up a bit but I could tell my daughter felt scared. She did not like that I would sit my daughter in her centers or walk her to the restroom/wash her hands or ask what centers she was at during drop-offs. As time went on and the financial issued continued Ms.Keala then became aware of the issue and became aggressive towards us. At first she would tell me how my daughter would behave/if she ate/napped and then that turned into her kicking me out the class, not being able to tell me how my daughter was at school, all of sudden I was taking too long during drop-offs, and at pick ups I would not be able to ask no more questions because per Ms.Keala, Ms.Marchelle Bowman advised her not to speak to me. This same day, another student bit my daughter on the finger so hard that her pediatrician prescribe antibiotics and when I asked Ms.Keala she hopped across the room and stated I needed to leave her class immediately if not she would get in trouble ''Orders from the front'' At this point I drew the line, I remember exactly this day as a mother how I was extremely disappointed and hurt because they knew I was a working mother and also a student. So with all this being said, this was my experience at this school. I did report them for fraud through CAPS and DECAL and Federal trade commission. This was my experience, I am a firm believer everyone gets a different experience but if you are a nice parent who doesn't like to be put in these hostile/awkward situations do not go there...
