I tried to explain this several different ways to the dentist, but she seemed to not understand what I was saying, not sure if it was a language issue 2. Ive been trying to make an appointment for 2 weeks-it is an emergency and I have throbbing pain that I have been treating with Ibuprofen and numbing gel but my fear is that it's a cavity and it will become worse or I will get an abscess if left untreated. They have been NO HELP. I called the dentist herself and she said she could not see me but could do a telehealth visit. Not even sure how a dentist would do that but what a joke. 3. I told the receptionist (Manuel) that I wanted to try and get an appointment before my vacation. He said he couldn't accommodate me for over a week even though I explained everything above and that my condition was painful and could get worse. Because my insurance lists only them as my provider, I didn't have a choice but to take what they offered (also why I was waiting in pain for 2 weeks for a call back). I made the appointment only to get a call back immediately with him asking me where I was going-totally reasonable given the climate today-but I'm only going to NY to visit family for 4 days and explained to him such. He said the dentist still would not see me! I asked for her direct number and called the dentist and she did not answer the first 4 times I called ... benefit of the doubt maybe she was busy but also maybe she was trying to avoid my call...so the 5th time I called she answered she wasn't helpful at all, and then said she could see me if I was only going to NY Bottom line, this office doesn't seem to care if patients are in pain or in managing their office in a way that is helpful to patients trying to make an appointment. Luckily my husband was able to get me an appointment with his dentist SAME DAY at 630pm (I didn't realize I'm listed on his insurance but am so glad I am)! I'm going to ask my insurance to change my dental provider immediately and if anyone needs the name of an amazing office with awesome staff, lmk and I'll give you the office that took me same day when I told them about my horrific experience with Middlesex Dental

The office atmosphere is relaxed, yet professional. Wait times are short; I don't think I ever waited even 10 minutes to be called in. Dr. Lukenda is very knowledgeable and welcomes questions from his patients, addresses any and all concerns. He has a great bedside manner and delivers thorough and high quality care. I recently had a dental emergency while on vacation which necessitated a call to his emergency line. He called me right back and reassured me and soothed my worries. The office staff accommodated me with a quick appointment as soon as I returned from my trip. I'm so glad I found him and definitely recommend him if you are looking for a new dentist!

Like how Nobel is the original maker, and how the Nobel company has mandatory training. Or how it's not just implants, but possible bone grafts, sinus lifts, or extractions. I was determined to make these implants a reality from the moment Dr. Reilly sat me down and explained the process. He made it seem possible, and a few short years later, I had them. The thing most people don't know about all-on-four implants is the aesthetic skill required by the dentist, not just the knowledge. I would see advertising for overseas all on four implants at literally half the price, and I decided to thoroughly research it. What I found was those slashed prices included nothing other than the implants; all other dental work that may be required was charged additionally, including extractions, possible bone grafts, or sinus lifts, etc. also hotel expenses and/or return airfare and other ad hoc charges that may be applied. Most importantly, though, was the skill of the dentist. The States have rigorous educational requirements not always met in different countries. Anything can happen that the dentist must be prepared for, and, when dealing with a permanent solution to dental difficulties you want a dental team of perfectionists like Dr. Reilly and Dr. Dorfman. Best decision I ever made and I literally could not be happier. It is a life changing difference and I am forever grateful to this incredible team!

I am and still having a horrible experience with this office. Please do not make the mistake of…read morethinking they care for your well being because they do not. They do not answer the phone and if you leave a message they will not return your call. They will not provide an email to correspond if you have a concern you will have to drive there. My first day there I explained to the lady at front desk who sends the claim to the insurance. That I already been speaking to insurance co and they had given me explicit instructions when submitting my claim or it would be denied she said ok and she would call insurance co the next day. I left and following week called to confirm she called and no answer so I left voicemail. After repeatedly calling and leaving voicemails weeks passed by on for me to realize that I was being ignored. This concerned me because their surgeon was out for the month my first visit to their office was June 3 she did not send the claim until June 10 and she never called the insurance as she assured me she would on my first visit. The appointment for surgeon was supposed to be July 7. As July 7 was getting a few days away still no response so I had to drive to office to get answers because they don't pick up phone or answer voicemails. Once I get there she informs me that I won't be able to have the July 7 appointment. When was she going to tell me this? I'm only now hearing this after I had to drive to office. She tried to tell me that her protocol is to not call insurance co which was disturbing because I explained this to her a month ago when I came in for first appointment. On the first appointment she made no mention of this "protocol" she's now hiding behind. She lied to my face and she never called the insurance co in the month I was waiting. They wasted no time billing my insurance for the visit but couldn't make 1 phone call to insurance company on my behalf. As I come in to office to confront her on the lies, disregarding my case, and their inability to communicate. She suggested that I go somewhere else because she didn't want to call insurance. Now she's saying things like "oh we don't do these procedures you should go somewhere else." How convenient for her I should leave so she doesn't have to be held accountable for doing her job or be held accountable for her neglect. In fact, they do the procedures she just didn't like being called out for treating people like shit. This industry is a dirty business they just care about billing your insurance. I felt I was not treated like a person. They ignored all my concerns and disregarded me. How do you trust these people with your life I have to go under anesthesia with a surgeon at your office and your playing games ? Lying? Ignoring my calls and voicemails concerning my health. I was told (in a not so nice way from the hygienist) that I needed a deep gum cleaning over three appointments and had four cavities! I immediately contacted my previous dentist - they were shocked and referred me elsewhere. Well, I just left another dentist and they said had I gone in for all of those cleanings, I would have had damage to my gums because I don't need it. Some dentists suggest work when you don't need it to make money - beware!
