Mom had pre paid her arrangements in 1997 after Dad passed away in CA., Beth helped me to update Mom's information while Joe provided me the upcoming steps of what was to follow the cremation. I'm so grateful for their kindness. Joe offered to write Mom's obituary as I had no experience nor the mind set for such a task. Beth assisted my husband and I while picking up Mom's ashes. She even transferred Dad's ashes (from 1997) to a personal urn we provided, as well as transferring Mom's ashes to 2 separate urns and a 3rd pouch for my out of state son & family.
