This Spanish woman who answers for customer service line is VERY RUDE. She's acting as if I should automatically know the answers to my own questions. Cutting me off when I speak and when I say something she tells me to "listen to her". I will no longer get water from them because of her. They need to update their staff and water! Worst customer service ever! Jessi the office manager has no manners and has a terrible attitude dealing with clients and complaints. I can't wait to move to a different company that actually cares for their clients and respond to their questions and complaints with a professional manner- this person is rude, impolite, talks over you and is actually hurting the company. I do not recommend this business at all. I ended up cancelling after my first delivery after: MV not being upfront on pricing (charging my card without a detailed invoice, and requiring me to request), a delivery error on MV's part that led to them not honoring a promo that they agreed to offer at purchase, MV refusing to take back the items if they weren't going to honor the promo, and then being completely unwilling to work things out reasonably when approached. Just awful service. First of all they are basically non-communicative. If they weren't the only ones who delivered in glass I wouldn't give a damn, but I'm stuck with them. Horrible team working the desks or management, idk which. They mess up your dates without telling you, then refuse to answer phones or email, have the most backwards hours.. I mean who closes at 3 pm on a week day. Once I was so frustrated by trying to communicate I literally drove to their damn office to adjust an order I made and they were fairly decent in person but I literally had to ask the next business over how to get in. No signs. No front door. And of course nobody to answer the phone. I was sitting in my car midday emailing them asking how do I get in after making a special trip all the way across town, all because THEY would not communicate. Idk how anyone can run a business like this, just piss poor. read more

Maybe the employees that work for this company should think twice before hanging up the phone on a customer (Eric). Maybe you've never heard of the customer is always right even if they are wrong! If you are the customer service manager, you need better management skills in order to handle mistakes made by your company. Unfortunately today's mistake wasn't the first, since you feel everyone makes mistakes. Today's mistake- water delivered to the incorrect apartment on the 3rd floor, on the wrong day! Expected delivery - Monday...then... Lilly in accounts receivable calls back to tell me ....the delivery did happen on Monday. So my water has been sitting outside for 1 day, at a new apartment complex, where no one lives in that apartment. NICE.! (sarcasm) And... They can't have anyone to come and move the water, which by the way are in 5 gallon glass bottles, until tomorrow! So they should sit outside again another day! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE (sarcasm again). This, though hasn't been the first mistake with this company! Previously, my billing was messed up and i had to suffer the consequences while they figured it out. Downfall is there is no one else who provides pH water in glass bottles. I am a new customer who spoke with Eric today by phone. While speaking with Eric he yelled at someone and put me on hold. Then I tried to communicate with him but found it very difficult. I clearly indicated to him that I was only interested in Moutain Spring Water delivered in 5-gallon glass containers. Many times during the conversation he did not answer my specific questions. In fact, Eric responded by referring to different products I was not interested in. It was like I was speaking with someone on drugs or drunk. During the conversation, Eric wanted to put be on hold again. I said, "are you kidding?". It seems Eric was distracted during our whole conversation. Since I could not keep Eric focused I have no choice but to find another water solution. I could not possibly order from Eric because I see only miscommunication problems in the future which could cost me money and time. I could not recommend Mountain Valley Spring Water Company in Hialeah, FL. P.S. If you read the other complaint it seems she had the same incompetence from Eric. read more

Best water! I have never written a yelp review before so here goes... I have been a customer of Mountain Valley in Miami for years... probably close to 20 years! I am a self-proclaimed water snob and this continues to be the best water around. Some other reviews on this say they had problems with customer service but I have had the opposite. There was only one occasion that I can remember when I didn't get my water as scheduled. I called and they apologized and rescheduled the delivery promptly. I recommend this company to all of my friends and am never seen without a glass bottle of Mountain Valley with me! read more
