I very rarely write reviews but this is absolutely necessary…read more Today I decided to try a slice from Parti Pizza on Greenbank rd . I hadn't been here for many years but had frequented it back in the 90s and early 2000s when the original owners Bud And Rita owned it. It was great back in those days. Today was an absolute shock, disappointment and somewhat disgrace on part of the ownership who were not in the store. When I walked in to the take out restaurant, the pizza slices were sitting pre sliced in the warmer on the counter, they didn't really look appealing however it was 12:30 and I was hungry. The young lady opened the glass door and proceeded to cut the slice in half which was out of my sight. after doing so she collected my $6 dollars and slid me half a slice of cold pizza across the counter. I waited momentarily for the other half but after asking about it, I was told that the pizza slices in the window are actually 2 slices. This is a large pizza cut in to 6 slices then cut again in half . That's 12 slices at $6 each. That's $72 for a large pepperoni pizza. Finding this out was a shock. I actually only took this piece of cold pizza in order to show folks just how criminal this business is. This is the $6 pizza slice and this is my dog eating it. BTW I did taste it, and it was absolutely awful. This business owner should be ashamed. Never again.

I stopped by Parti Pizza and got their Lunch Special (a small 3 toppings pizza and a can of pop for…read more$7.99) recently and even though it was thick crust with toppings mostly under the cheese, I still enjoyed it. Although the pizza was really small, like a personal size pizza. I love that in addition to regular toppings that all pizza shops have like pepperoni, green peppers, mushrooms, etc. they have more cool toppings like chicken, broccoli and artichokes, which are the 3 toppings that I got on my pizza. Both the quantity and quality of the toppings were good. They do put the toppings mostly under the cheese, which is not my preference, but it was still ok. The crust was thicker than I like, and a bit doughy under the toppings, but around the edges it was surprisingly crispy and delicious. Service wasn't rude, but not the friendliest. The place is super small, so it's literally just takeout. They sell some pizza by the slice too, although varieties are limited. It's $4.99 for a slice, a dipping sauce, a bag of chips, and a can of pop. The slices are pretty big, like almost as big as my "small" pizza. The pizza shop is in a strip mall with lots of free parking.

We ordered the walk-in special, which is half-price pizzas when you carry-out. Two large pizzas cost us about $40. We get one pepperoni with extra cheese and usually another 3-topping pizza with extra cheese. The deal literally cannot be beat. The deal isn't even the best part...The pizza is so good. The regular crust is excellent, not too big, and the thin-crust is just the right size. What makes this pizza amazing is the HOMEMADE SAUCE. The owner makes it from scratch with a "secret ingredient" that one wouldn't expect in a pizza sauce, but it just brings the flavour over-the-top. The service is excellent too, our first time in, the owner offered my 7 year old a free drink, his choice (which he was too shy to take). If you're in Kanata or Stittsville, take the short drive to Cousin Vinny's Pizza. You won't be disappointed.

It was on my to do list, to try this place out. Living in the states so long, finding amazing pizza in the land of tacos where I was, was tough. Lorenzo's nailed everything for me. Quality cheese ON TOP of the fresh ingredients! Great dough, zippy sauce, great toppings. I got a combo, great choice. But why, did I order a small??? Not enough. It's the type of pizza that reheats well. I had amazing service and when they knew it was my time in, they threw in 2 Garlic aoili sauces. I tried it but I'm just not a mayo person. I do love garlic though! The pizza to me, just didn't need a thing. Perfectly cooked. Needless to say, I'm in love with it and I've already raved about it to others. Anxious to try the Hawaiian next!

Year after year, their pizza is nothing short of incredible! The crust is perfectly crisp, the ingredients are always fresh, and the flavors are amazing. Highly recommend!

TLDR: Usual chain restaurant pizza if you just get regular pizza. Their specialty is Indian-fusion…read morepizzas. Their schtick is sesame seed crust, but you can ask for no sesame seeds. Not sure why the reviews are so bad. It's a pizza chain, on par with the likes of Domino's and Little Caesars. For what it is, it's good. I do like that it's a Canadian chain (from Saskatchewan). Red Swan is a bit more unique since it's known for its Indian-fusion pizzas. Their Butter Chicken pizza is amazing. I haven't had it at this location, but I've had it at other locations. I'd say their Indian-fusion pizzas are what sets them apart from the rest. Their regular pizzas are unremarkable (which is not a bad thing, just nothing too special), oh other than their sesame-seeded crust schtick. That being said, I got their Hawaiian pizza because it was BOGO on UberEats ($10.99) for a personal sized pizza and I like Hawaiian pizza (#TeamPineappleonPizza). This location dices their ham instead of slicing their ham like the other Kanata location near the Centrum. They bake their pizza a little more well-done and their pizza is a bit saucier. Nonetheless it was still good. I asked for no sesame seeds on the crust and I only found one rogue sesame seed on one of the pizzas, which for me was fine, since I can handle mild contamination, but I would not recommend for those with severe allergies. I ordered on the UberEats app and picked up. Service was neutral. There are a few seats to eat in, but it's mostly a takeout joint, so that's the ambience, lol. Lots of free parking in the plaza parking lot. (47)
